The Best fitness supplement store in town PERIOD. Always have what I need, great prices and new inventory coming in daily. Dan is so cool and knowledgeable and friendly, definitely the place to go for the supplements!

Would be a five but no ones perfect. The store attendee (james) was great very knowledgeable on the products i was looking for. Fitness is expensive but this store made it easy to navigate to be as inexpensive as possible. Plan to visit again for sure

My Husband and I highly recommend this place. Yes they are local but if you stop in and are living out of state they will ship product to you if need to reorder. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable. Our first encounter and follow up was with Dan. He is passionate and knowledgeable about contraindications if someone struggles with health issues and trying to be on supplements for weight loss and muscle lean out and building. I had wanted to take several different products that I did my own research on and as soon as I explained I had thyroid issues I was given the right knowledge and advice of what I shouldn’t be taking and guidance to something better for my condition. They are amazing with returns if something isn’t for you. They have an isolated whey protein you can’t find anywhere that my husband and I rave about. We have lactose problems and gut issues with certain proteins that can make you bloated and gassy to be honest. This protein they have we have none of those side effects. Chocolate Cake is our favorites. As for now I am trying their joint support and sampling some lean out products to see if I like them. If you sign up to be a member for free you always get membership discounts on product and they always have some kind of sales going on. You can also try their protein or other pre work out product for taste before you buy. We highly recommend this family business atmosphere. They have another location besides Ankeny in West DesMoines. I would go any other place besides them now that I found a place with this much knowledge.They are all knowledgeable. Go check it out. Very welcoming for newbies who know nothing about supplements too.

Absolutely amazing service! I stopped into the Ankney location for the first time today I have to say I am impressed. One of the owners was in the store and was very knowledgeable, intelligent, and friendly.Local company so I will 100% be using them moving forward
