Fitness World has been a blessing. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and have seen great results. This past year I was introduced to Nikki (FW nutritionist) and she changed my life! She helped me drop 25lbs and I’ve kept it off for 6 months. She educated me on healthy eating. As a former coach of 25 years +, I thought I knew a lot, Nikki showed me that I had a lot to learn! Thanks FW and thanks Nikki!

Beautiful gym. All the stuff you could possibly want from your gym. Highly recommended.

Good gym but doesn't ever get cleaned. Dirtiest gym I've ever seen!

They have a good amount of equipment and I find the layout to be pretty efficient and clean. I do wish the membership prices were more of a grandfather’d in situation like most gyms, prices going up regularly will likely be the reason I cancel my membership eventually. Other than that I do feel like they have a good variety of things and the staff seems relatively friendly.

I really like it here. All the machines are new and in good working order. Everything is clean. It is never too crowded, so it's definitely worth the cost. Steam room and sauna are a big plus. Unfortunately, there is no pool, which I would have liked. But, it's a great gym and I will continue to work out here.

Terrible staff... I saw good reviews and walked inside to the front desk. The clerk was just kinda standing there and after a good 10 seconds of awkward silence, he asked me if I needed help. I said, "yeah, I saw this place online and came to check it out." To that, he responded, "Oh sorry, we don't have a salesperson in right now, but you can fill out this form. When he gets in he'll call you." To that, I silently walked away. Are you serious? If a person is at the front counter they need to be ready to engage with a potential customer and not be dismissive. At least be friendly...

I'm not very impressed with this fitness center. TBH it's pretty incredible that they have 4.5 stars on average SMHthings i don't like:1. they absolutely never give refunds to credit cards. only give gift cards.. Even when it is their mistake for accidentally overcharging the member.-----I cancelled my +1 membership for my wife since she didn't ever go.. but they didn't process the membership cancelation. I let it go for 8 months before I realized that I was being over-charged.. When talked to the service staff, they could only give me a membership credit to cover the overcharging which meant that I was forced to continue being a member even when I completed my 12 month commitment because of the fee.In my case they definitely should have refunded my credit card..2. they only allow a maximum of 3 months of membership pause.-----I don't use the gym during the warm months so i am forced to waste approximately 4 months of membership never going in.3. the knowledgeable service staff are often absent.---I would have taken care of my over-charging issue earlier, but i was never really available to go in between the hours of 9-4 when i think the staff were usually there.4. it's not the cleanest or most organized gym.----I always feel dirty when i get home Yes I might be sweaty, but beyond that just like i've been touching a lot of gross stuff. I wouldn't dream of using their showers... my hands feel grimy from touching the equipment.5. they don't have very much group fitness classes on their schedule..they get one extra star for having a sauna and steam room at a pretty good price. though the men's sauna seems pretty old.Anyways I switched to anytime fitness- even though it's about $100 extra per year, I will actually save money because they will let me pause my membership for the entire cycling season.. rather than 3 months maximum..I don't feel bad about the switch even though i lose access to a sauna. :(

I only gave it three stars cuz of the cleanliness. I feel like the only cleaning that occurs there is by the patrons wiping down machines after use. Pretty easy to do a wipe down but for some reason the staff just won’t. Like come on, not even once a week? Things are caked in dust. Towels are a hit or miss on availability and if you wanna go late at night it’s a high probably there won’t be toilet paper in the bathroom. Other than that I really like the facility.

Bad customer service, place is always dirty, locker rooms are filthy and all for a way over-priced gym. Don’t waste your money here!

Step one, arrive. Step two, take more steps. Repeat daily. Great atmosphere, plenty of options for working out, training, etc. Two floors with the second floor being primarily dedicated to cardio with mills, bikes, cycling classes, and additional weight machines/free weights.

Great clean facility with nice equipment and plenty of space to get your work out in. I have never had a problem getting to the use the equipment I was wanting to use.

Great gym! Nice staff, good equipment, overall clean areas. It is a little pricy (around $65/month for a basic membership), but probably worth it if you’re going to get the most out of it.

Well maintained equipment and helpful staff. This gym is for people who are serious about working out, unlike other gyms in town where people sit on equipment and play on their phones.Bathrooms could use better hand dryers or switch to paper towels. Still 5 stars overall.

Love this gym but the other reviewer is correct about the scales in the locker room never being calibrated correctly. I don't own a home scale and it's incredibly frustrating and detrimental to my fitness goals to weigh myself two days after an inbody session and have a 10 pound difference between the inbody scale and the locker room scale. Really depressing. I know I did not gain 10lbs in two days when I've been dieting like this. Please for the love of God calibrate your scales, it's clear that this is not being done like they claim it is.

I joined FW 3 yrs ago after my husband passed a year prior. I needed to find something that not only would occupy my mind - but my body too! The first year I attend almost all of the group activities. Having a scheduled time to go to the gym kept me motivated. I also took advantage of the training sessions with Justin. He was awesome (still is I see him at the gym most everyday). He showed me specific exercises and weight machines to target the areas I needed. For two years I have worked out on my own schedule - no less than 5 days a week! I lost over 100lbs and have kept it off for 3yrs. My motivation are the people and equipment at the gym. I never thought I could be so self motivated. I thank Travis, Jake and the rest of the staff for keeping the gym safe, clean and always accessible. Oh - AND if you ever need PT - Amber is great with Select Physical Therapy. Yep - everything under one roof!
