This is the best GNC in the area. They are the only one that is family operated so they are a lot friendlier and more helpful than other locations. It's very clean and they let you mix and match your energy drink pallets unlike other locations. I highly recommend this one over other GNC in the area, its much more laid back and a friendly atmosphere.

Prices high franchise stores don't honor reward points

Not really sure where things went wrong. I went into the store with a friend to get some protein. There were no prices on almost anything. So we looked up the prices for it on GNC website. The protein I was going to get was $29.00 online. When the employee scanned it it was $64.00. I asked why it could be such a big difference. He replied with “I don’t know.” I said never mind. My friend asked how much her was and it came up to $60, same brand except different flavor and showed $29.00 online. We triple checked that we had the exact same product online verse in our hand. So we again asked why to a reply of “not sure.” Didn’t offer help or anything.

The staff is always helpful here. Glad to see they're still open during COVID19. They have curbside pickup. All I had to do was call. Then they bring out my supplements and complete the transaction. I believe it's locally owned so glad to do my part in supporting their business!

This location is a privately owned franchise of GNC so they are able to up the prices on items and fail to honor membership loyalty. I was way overcharged for an item that was not explained to me correctly (i.e., side effects). I would not recommend this location to anyone.
