I had my online banking hacked and someone tried to deposit 2 fraudulent checks. I received 2 emails about them and was confused because I rarely log in myself. This happened at about 6:30pm so I waited to call the bank in the morning. I called and was told that Loss Prevention was already handling it, and I was to just wait to receive a call from them. Later I got a call from Loss Prevention and she asked me a few questions- and I said I didn't give out any information, and I didn't have any physical checks, so I couldn't have deposited them. The manager from BC535 also called me and said I should just change my password and turn off access to mobile check depositing, which was fine because I never used it anyway. The next morning, I got a notification that one of my financial apps was unable to connect to my banking app anymore, so I tried to log in and was unable to. I tried to reset the password and I never got an email to reset the password, so I called the bank. I was transferred to Loss Prevention in which they decided to tell me that my bank account will be closing in 45 days (which is fine, I understand, but I should've been told that initially) and so I asked if I could just open a new one and I was told that I would not be able to, but that there "is not reporting done." So not only did my information probably get taken, my accounts were hacked, now I have to move all of my direct deposit and automatic bills AFTER I was told to just change my password. Poor handling. You better hope your banking doesn't get hacked if you bank here. What is already a stressful situation... was made even more stressful.

Every time I come into the bank, call, text or email, I am met with professionalism and rapid response. I have banked with Evan Wyer for about 10 years and have followed him through a bank transition and branch location change, and he knows my family needs and always provides sound advice for my situations. Appreciate the GSB team and am happy to have them alongside me.

I love this bank. Evan and his team have always treated me well. I’ve been using them for years for my business banking and switched all of my personal banking over to them as well a few years ago. It’s a bank that has ‘big bank’ possibilities with a ‘small banking’ feel and I absolutely love that.

Not sure why the 1 rating from others. Friendly service, reasonable. I only wish there was "in house" investment personnel.

I've been banking here 5 years now and all of the sudden fees left and right are hitting me for reasons none of my own. I will be switching banks to one who cares about their customers.
