The office at this location is closed due to a staff shortage. They did not inform me beforehand, even though I received a confirmation email 24 hours before my reservation. I ultimately had to go to Urbandale to get a car.

Terrible place to rent a car.. the business is a mess, nobody knows what's going on. The employee look like they just woke up and sobered up. The vehicle I picked up had no gas, was dirty on the inside and out. I would definitely look around before renting from this place... very disappointing!
