I would avoid them. What a mess of a business. I needed their assistance on an amendment for a past filing of which the date is approaching upon which I will be unable to amend. A tax professional was assigned to me and did a rush job on assessing the situation and told me I do not need an amendment. I looked over the paperwork again and asked a simple question. She said she doesn't have time to work with me and asked for another person to work with me. That person told me they can't help me because I'm not their client. I asked to be her client. She still refused to help. I called and talked to the front desk person and told them the frustration. Meanwhile weeks have passed trying to get assistance. Lots of struggling to not help me, on their end. I was told that another employee would call to work with me. That never happened. I asked for a manager and they said there isn't a manager. I've rarely experienced such a hassle. I went to their competition and immediately got an appointment just a couple days away.

Best experience ever getting taxes done. H&R Block takes the stress of taxes away. I felt I was in good hands, taxes were done quickly and with ease. I will use H&R Block everytime!

Scheduling and communication with the office was great, and Monita was once again amazing as my tax professional. I went to her last year as well, and she makes it feel like a breeze. She walked through each step of the form in a clear, step-by-step manner, and was so kind and personable throughout. I always leave feeling informed and uplifted by our conversation. How often can you say that about your taxes???

I set up several online appointments and they were never on time. I would wait 30 minutes or longer and have to call in to see if anyone was going to attend, then they would reschedule and still be late by 30+ minutes.
