Dropped my prepared taxes off for a second look and they manage to loose the originals that I paid for and It was in a nice packet with vouchers and envelopes ready to be sent into irs. Luckily they did scan things so I could get copies. Then when I went to pay they were pretty much yelling my social in the lobby when it was full of waiting people. Disappointed with the staff at this location.

Have used the service in years past without any issues. This year however, the level of service is very poor. We have scheduled two different appointments a week apart, but still have not gotten our taxes done. We come in at the scheduled times and are told we’ll have to wait an hour or more. We dropped off our tax documents early prior to the first appointment and never hear anything back from them. We show up for the first appointment and are told it will be a few hours wait. We tell them to call us when they’re ready and never hear anything back. We reschedule for the following week and then are told we’ll have to wait an hour or more. Will not be coming back, not for the price and the terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and utter lack of any customer service.

Have been working with Karen Bogaards in handling my taxes, I regret to say that my overall experience was not satisfactory. There were several aspects of the service that fell short of my expectations.Firstly, there were frequent delays in communication and responsiveness, which made it challenging to get timely updates on the status of my taxes.Additionally, I found the level of attention to detail to be lacking. There were errors in my tax return that required multiple revisions, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience and stress.I cannot overlook the issues I encountered during the process. I hope that this feedback can serve as constructive criticism to improve the quality of service for future clients.

We went to H&R this year. We had been there in the past and it was fine but haven't been for a few years. We went back this year and it was a big mistake. I own an in-home daycare and the guy doing our taxes said there were all sorts of things I couldn't deduct that I always have in the past. I questioned him and he insisted I was wrong. When he was done we owed $7,000+ which has never been the case before. I decided to go to a CPA for a 2nd opinion. He deducted all of the things the H&R guy was arguing with me about. We ended up owing $315 not over $7,000. We will be avoiding this place at all costs in the future.

I have been incredibly disappointed this year. We always file our taxes online and this year, we went to the office for our second look to ask some questions and make sure we were getting all of our deductions. Some how this has messed up our online filing through the website and we cannot get a return call from the office or an answer from online tech support. Our taxes have been stuck in limbo for a month.
