I'm not going to be reaching out to speak to management, I'm sure you're already aware of the twice doubled scheduled med. I'm simply telling people my experiences.Not sure what's been happening here, but they doubled a scheduled med for me twice, that is so dangerous, had they done that to the wrong person, I don't even want to imagine what someone with debilitating depression could have done with 180 Xanax. Then they tried to get my doctor to verbally okay the doubled med, she was irate with them and refused because of the danger of the situation had I been mentally unstable. They did the same exact thing 2 months later, since they gave me 2 months instead of 1, I didn't go back for more for 2 months. Very dangerous. I should have warned people about this right away but after last night I won't keep quiet anymore. This pharmacy needs some workers who care about people, and pay attention to the very important work they're doing. There are a few really great people who work here, don't get me wrong, but they don't have it together and I was treated with more disrespect than I was willing to take last night from the new lady at the window of the drive thru. She's not kind, nor accommodating. I will either be switching pharmacies or be going inside from now on where the workers seem to be more concerned with their job than how many people are in the drive thru lane. Dustin is why I haven't left yet. Thanks Dustin and I'm so sorry I cannot remember the sweet gal who helps me, but there is one very kind female inside working. Always go inside here.

I am so happy that I switched back to this location for pharmacy. Dustin can truly make some magic happen and I can tell that he is always planning and thinking ahead and looking at each different possible scenario and makes them work as efficiently as possible for everyone very helpful person.

Why do I have to keep telling Hyvee how to do their job? I have a secondary insurance. I go in. They tell me I have a bill, I told them no you didn’t process my secondary insurance. It takes him 10 to 15 minutes to do this while I’m standing there. Every. Single. Time. I told them to fix the process when I leave , they tell me they will, and yet again every time I show up, I always end up owing money, or so they say because they never filed my secondary. I am sick and tired of waiting in line for 10 minutes because they are so slow and sitting in the back and hanging out on their phones and laughing and giggling ignoring the customers, or just literally not knowing what to do.

Slow at filling scripts and have to stand in line often to get your meds. Least favorite place that I've ever gotten a prescription.

I shopped at the Hy-Vee on Ankeny Boulevard today. It was a disaster. The majority of the products were being moved from one area to another area. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the normal space so I ended up asking for help five times to find a particular product! There were so many workers in some of the isles that I had to back my car out of an aisle to another one. I'm not sure who's decision it is to move products, but it's a definite negative for us as a customer. We save time by knowing what product we want, where it is and putting it in our cart.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Would love to give a - review, but 1 star is the lowest I can do. They have gone down hill horribly the last couple years! Never have scripts ready when said will be ready. Recently, They cancelled my script refill because they didn’t have it in stock. Didn’t even bother to let me know. I come to get it and was told yeah it was cancelled. Sorry. We can get it, have it ready in 15 min. But we close in about 20 min. Then gave attitude when I came back through to get it, was told they had a long line and would get to when it when they could. Complete attitude was not needed when they messed up.

Used the pharmacy here for years, but just had to transfer all prescriptions because I could not deal with the lack of knowledge and communication. They've become the slowest pharmacy in town. The prices are usually highest here too compared with other pharmacy/retail chains. Good riddance.

If you need medicine with any type of urgency, look elsewhere. It often takes 6-7+ hours to get a prescription filled. I am going on 8 hours waiting for pain meds and have been there twice today. First time they said it would be ready in an hour and a half. I showed up two hours later and they said 30 more minutes.When my son had his tonsils removed, it took over 6 hours to get his pain meds. Completely unacceptable.

Never had my prescriptions ready even though I got a notification saying they were. I also had to wait forever to even talk to someone.

Love the food options when I'm on the road. Fresh salads and fruit are typically what I purchase but they have hot meals such as fried chicken, meatloaf and Asian. Whatever suits you. When I'm on the road this is cheaper than dining out.

Your pharmacy is the absolute worst! You should not allow customers to sit in the drive-through and wait 30 minutes for their order to be done. Tell them to come back in 30 minutes. It's not fair to the other people in line that cannot get out because of how your drive-through pharmacy is set up to have to wait because the person in front of them didn't do a good job of waiting for a text message to let them know their prescription was ready. Get it together. I have officially been sitting here for almost 45 minutes and can't move.

Prescription sent in 4 hours ago for antibiotic for infection. Still not ready and pharmacy now closed. Have to wait another day for meds!!! Terrible.

Grocery pick up service is very good. I seldom find poorly chosen produce or other fresh products. They must be checking expiration dates like I do! We are in communication by text while they are shopping my order suggesting substitutions. They are Friendly careful handling bags into my car. This service saves me a lot of time trying to find everything. Thank you!!
