Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!

I was looking for a battery maintainer. I was interested in a more expensive unit. The salesman show me a lot better solution, for a lot better price. He was trying to find a better solution, instead of making a bigger, less functional sell. Give them a try!

I was in a pinch with a dead battery that was able to get jumped before arriving to the store. They were super fast, helpful and polite during the process. They were able to get my the correct battery and replaced in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and efficacy and professional business practice.

Great customer service buying a battery for a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. I took the car to O’Reilly’s and Autozone and they said they couldn’t install the battery because it was too complex. The man at Interstate Battery installed it in less than 10 minutes in single digit weather. Very satisfied and will be going back for my next car battery purchase.

Just wanted to Thank DJ at the Ankeny location. Went in because I needed a watch battery, which I got in about 2 min. But we ended up talking about car batteries and how awesome interstate batteries are. We also talked about how important the customer is and taking care of them. I will recommend this location to my friends just because of DJ. Thanks again for a great experience today.

Chris was great! He took out my old battery and installed a new battery in about 20 minutes. This was outside in freezing temps and the battery was under the passenger seat. Price was fair and service fantastic! Highly recommend!

Amazing service and professional . Super fast and knew which battery my car needed just by looking at the old one . DJ was amazing , would recommend coming back here if I have another battery issue !! In total , less than 15 minutes spent here .

Bought a car battery in April of 2022 now just over a year later can't start the car without jumper cables. Took the battery in for warranty and the manager said it tests better than a new one off the shelf. Tells me my starter must be going bad. Take it to my mechanic and he tested the battery one two testers and says it has some charge but not enough to start the car and the starter is fine. Go back to Interstate battery and they say there is nothing they can do. Bought a new battery at another store everything works great a week later. Never buy from these people they lie and will not honor their warranty. They stated as long as it tests 12volts it is fine. Didn't matter if you need to jump your car for it to start. They called a regional manager at another store and he could care less that it wouldn't hold enough charge to actually start a car.
