Friendly staff. Great coupons, just make sure to show the app at checkout. Most of the time they will show me a coupon for a better price. I also enjoy window shopping at JoAnns.

A fantastically large selection of material and craft supplies for any project you want to do. The material selection is excellent and has about anything you'd want. Prices are decent and usually has a sale going on. Great selection of upholstery, curtain, felt, satin, everything and almost every type of material and polyfill you'd want for any project. If you need something that's hard to find Joanne's probably has it. Highly recommend this craft store.

First time at your store horrible experience was looking for a specific product item. When I had an interaction with two staff members I ask where I might find an item she stuck her arm and finger out and said over there I said could you be more specific seasonal the finger pointer stated. I said could what row is that the other said like up front. I said thanks great assistance. I had about 80.00 pick out laid it down and walked out.

Everyone was super helpful and kind! The person working in the fabric even helped me calculate my cuts to ensure I got the correct cuts for my quilt project!

I purchased a Singer Sewing Machine on May 10 and was told if I returned it, the box needed to be unopened or it would need to be returned to Singer. So today my husband returned it and was charged a $25 restocking fee. They pointed out to him that on the receipt it was subject to a restocking fee. Didn’t state an amount nor did I see it on the receipt and I was not told that at the time of purchase. After finding this out from my husband, I called the store manager and asked about it. She told me all employees are informed are to tell customers this at the time of purchase, which DID NOT happen! The manager said most stores charge a restocking fee. In my 68 years of life, I have NEVER paid a restocking fee when I’ve returned anything in other stores. I will never step foot in that store again and I hope others learn from this and avoid shopping there as well. My husband stated that with as few customers that were in the store this morning, the word must be out to avoid it.

Nice store, everything is fairly easy to find. Only gave four stars because it's a smaller store so they don't have everything available that they do in their larger stores.

I know nothing about sowing and my son ripped his brand new jacket in the armpit. They helped me find the right items to patch it and made sure I knew what to do. A week later and the patch is still holding. Pretty cool place.

Saturday 12/3/22 - I scheduled a curbside pick up and no one came out to help once I had arrived. So I parked my car and went inside. Though the register line was long, the only person I could find to ask for help, was the young lady at the register. She said she called for assistance when she saw me, but no one came out to help. She called again and another lady finally came out. So sorry I interrupted your chat session in the back. Note to Joann Fabric: The quickest way to loose good help is bad management.

Friendly helpful staff and a fair selection of craft items, huge selection of modern fabrics. This store is newer and bigger than many others I've been to.
