Dave at Karl Chevrolet Collision went above and beyond for us while repairing our truck!! The staff was friendly and helpful!! We couldn't have been happier with our results!! They will work on all makes and models and I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to them for any of your collision repair needs!!

Delaney and Aaron took care of us on a very busy day. This was a kind and gracious experience for us ... traveling through from Colorado where we lost control on ice and plowed a snow bank. Inspected for free, zip-tied, and we are on our way! Thank you Karl Chevrolet! From my cousin's recommendation and my own experience

Never thought I'd be writing this, and, yes, I've heard all the Karl Chevrolet "I got screwed" stories, but I had an over-the-top, positive tire buying experience there today. I never even considered Karl as a tire store alternative, but stumbled across an ad that prompted me to at least check them out online. They beat my (former) tire vendor by over 20% pricewise, were honest with me about an alignment (my vehicle didn't need one....after I had given them permission to do the alignment, if needed...most vendors would have just done it and said the vehicle needed aligning) and were able to reuse existing tire pressure monitors after originally including them in the quote. Throw in a $50 gift card and a $70 rebate and the deal just got sweeter....best tire deal I've gotten in years....and they were nice and punctual to boot!! I highly recommend and will be back there anytime I need tires in the future.

Took my 2020 Equinox in for oil change and tire rotation last week and casually mentioned to both my go-to Service Advisors (Dale and Doug) that at 12,000 miles, the drivers side floormat developed a terrible wear pattern where my foot rests. At the time, I considered it would fall under the "normal wear and tear" so I wrote it off. Anyway, at this service appointment, both Dale and Doug thought 12,000 miles was a bit early, so they petitioned for replacement mat for me. Yesterday, Doug called and said a complete set of front and rear floormats were in for me and ready to be picked up. I only wish I had taken a pic of the bad floormat, but ain't this new one (shown) pretty? Thanks guys!

I have been a customer for years so when it was time to purchase a new pickup, we knew we would buy from Karl Chevrolet. We made a deal with Kyle Barnes for a trade in and a pickup that would take 3 months to arrive. While we trusted his handshake, he asked us for more assurance. He took our credit card for a 500 dollar "commitment fee" and asked us to both sign the deal. (See picture below). 3 months later--the pickup arrives and he tells us they made a "typo" and we owe 10,000 more than agreed upon. (Anyone ever heard of "bait and switch"????). No apology; no working it out--nope--just--too bad for you!! "We can sell this pickup today!! Take it or Leave it". When I wrote to ask questions they are radio silent. So extremely disappointed
