In Sarasota Fl everyone loves Sarasota Ford Dealership for a lot of the same reason I like yours. However they have massage chairs game room cafeteria coffee shop movie theater You should check it out. Very cool.

Before I say anything, the salesman did his job, thank you. After that it was down hill. First I made the mistake by trading in my car and not finishing the deal correctly. Not only did the lady not print off the correct paper work during the sale, I should of gotten the right paper work as promised. Then the vehicle I purchased was in the shop twice in the first 2 months. When it needed to come back to the shop again, I was told I could not get an appointment for a month, when I went for my appointment, my warranty expired, how convenient. The loaner car they were going to put me in I would not put my loved ones in. So me and my vehicle left. Still having same issue and on top of that, the issue with the electrical problem that it was in the shop has returned again!! This should be a lemon law. Not happy with this service department, and this electrical issue, should of been fixed the first time. I have to wonder why this vehicle was on your lot for sale. I feel I was lied to about my vehicle that I traded in when I had asked about 3 days after trading it due to the fact it was a weekend. For me to trade this vehicle in and get something reliable, it needs again. Mind you it has almost been a year!! Learn from my mistakes, when you buy something and it is in the shop three weeks out of your first two months owning something, they should of made it right. This used to be my go to dealership. Now I am stuck with their lemon.

Work I asked for was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was called about an issue and was glad to hear that I was informed about it. Service cashier was very pleasant and helpful as well as the Service Advisor when I checked in. Keep up the good work.

We went in to Karl’s to buy a car and trade in an older Equinox. Our experience was painless and quick. Joe S. was patient with our decision making process and helpful with lots of information. We always feel very comfortable working with Joe.Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our entire experience. The gal at the front desk was wonderful. She was so friendly and genuine. When we picked up our new Equinox, Connor helped us learn all of the new equipment and features. He was excellent! We would highly recommend Karl Chevrolet!

Bought a preowned 2018 Silverado 1500 from them. After purchasing it the paint started flaking off around the windshield and the off of the right front fender. The used car division took care of the truck and fixed the paint for me at their expense. Every dealing I have had with Karl has been very pleasant.

Poor customer service. Walked around the build with no one asking if we needed help. There was one sales representative we ran into and there wasn't a single hello or have you been helped yet or attempt to see if we needed help. We were ready to buy and decided to walk. As we were about to leave someone finally came and was told they were busy. When we walked in there were plenty of employees gathered in a room goofing off. The vehicle we wanted to buy was unable to be test drove as there was a part recall for 51 days. If it wasn't ready to sell why have it listed on the website. I'm super glad others have good experiences here, but this was enough to see the other dealer cared more about us and was more then accommodating.

My sales person, Mariano was attentive and very helpful. When picking up my new car, the experience was great and Mariano made sure he was there too. The young man responsible for explaining all the "gadgets" was very patient. I was a little disappointed in the communication while waiting for my car to arrive as I had to call to confirm what was going on. I respect Karl Moyer as I bought my very first car from him 45 years ago and this will possibly be my last car purchase.

Wife's Traverse had a "service battery charging system" light come on and her vehicle completely shut down are 7pm on a Friday night. Got enough charge in the system to get it to Karl's and drop it off that night. Came back at 7:30 the following morning to give them all the details and they weren't positive they could get it in that day and it might be up to 2 weeks. Mike called around I believe 3pm that day saying they got it in and needs new alternator. Could have fixed that day but also noticed a small leak in the water pump. Said they could have both replaced but wouldn't be till sometime Monday. Mike called by 10am Monday morning with the vehicle fixed and ready to be picked up. Very pleased with their professionalism and honestly. Thanks Karl's team!!!

Everyone is always so friendly and professional. When I first pulled my car into the service department, all of the service people were busy with other customers, but another gentlemancame over to me and said he was just there to greet me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. That was above and beyond. Thank you.

I had Karl's Bodyshop repair my bumper and fender on my Jeep Cherokee. They did an awesome job!!! Even washed and cleaned entire vehicle! I'm thrilled with their work and professionalism. This kind of service is appreciated and helps me decide that I want to purchase and maintain future vehicles through this dealership

There are dealerships closer to where we live, but we choose to drive an hour and 45 minute to Karl's Chevrolet for your outstanding service. I worked with a gentleman named Luke, and let me say, he was so nice, considerate, I felt like I was talking with family. I cannot say enough kind words about this gentleman. I hope you acknowledge him. He deserves a pat on the back. This is why we choose Karl's for my vehicle needs.
