Literally never any food ready, and if it is in there it is not good. Main reason I go is to get fresh food but that isn't possible here.

zero customer service whatsoever, this is the worse KUM & GO i’ve been to. i don’t recommend coming here. they’re extremely rude and don’t know what they’re doing. there’s at least 10 other gas stations around here that are way more worth your time and money. EXTREMELY disappointed.

stephanie is a terrible employee. she’s so disrespectful and argues with lots of customers including my sister and i. my daughter also said shed argued with her about tap to pay payments. shes just not fit for the manager position whatsoever. i’m offended by her behavior. and i’m reporting her to HR too. being rude once.. ok.. but FOUR separate times? yeah absolutely not. find a new job where you don’t deal with people every 30 seconds miss stephanie.

Stephanie, one of the managers is extremely argumentative & has zero customer service skills. She butts her head in and acts like a know it all. There’s been multiple occasions where she’s argued with my sister and I.. (separately) about tap to pay at the pump, transactions in store and a bag of chips. she’s very rude and needs to find somewhere else to work. today was the last time i was gonna deal with such rude behavior from a gas station manager. i’m reporting her to corporate/HR as well as my sister is too !

The only thing I will ever use come and go for ever again is my company's gasoline account. Your cooks are lazy they oftentimes only cook things with eggs in it for breakfast they don't have any alternatives usually and now they don't even have biscuits and gravy so good luck with egg allergies. The cashiers are rude when you ask them about the availability of certain food items. This is the worst gas station out of all of them.

One of the absolute rudestl/worst experiences of my life there. This is my neighborhood store too. Came in with my children to get some hot chocolates. The hot chocolate machine wasn't working, got an associate to fix it, who loudly sighed, the Whipped cream machine also wasn't working, he refilled it, still didn't work, completely ignored wheb I politely said it still wasnt working. Go to the register to ring up, and the girl at the register asks my husband if he wants a bag. He JUST didn't realize what she had asked. She then LOUDLY says "REMIND ME WHY I WORK AT THIS JOB" to her coworker. We barely got our cups off the counter and she's still loudly talking about us in front of us. "I LOVE ASKING PEOPLE A QUESTION AND BEING IGNORED" I already had answered her. All I wanted was to get my girls a couple of hot treats before going to see Christmas. I have NEVER had an experience like this.

This place is the real deal for gas stations, went there a few times and I had good service every time I went, I love the Kum & Go gas stations, and I prefer it over Git-N-Go. ??
