Went there to get oil change and they up sold me a brake flush and a transmission flush.... about 6 months later my truck started acting up . Took it in to a shop and my transmission fluid was like mud and my brake fluid was black... so I spent $1200 on services they didnt even do and almost cost me a new transmission. Good place for a quick oil change but I will NEVER go back there for anything after this experience.

Markail is the man! So polite, so professional! Informed me that using 20,000 mile oil with extra additives is terrible for my engine. Just an awesome dude! He also had awesome hair.

Relocated to the Des Moines area this summer & Lof Xpress was recommended to me. Service was friendly, accurate, and quick! I didn’t have a coupon, so they gladly offered me one that was used immediately for this oil change!!! They earned my ongoing business for sure!

I was returning customer and all my information came up on the screen when I checked in. While my oil was being changed, a service tech was talking with me about my vehicle, telling me important information. My oil was changed and I was driving away within 15 minutes. Fair price and great service.
