Great staff. Unfortunately item i was looking for was still put of stock with none on order so maybe supply chain issue. Very friendly helpful staff.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because their selection isn't as big as other places, and I end up leaving and going to a competitor. Their prices are competitive with the other stores and their personnel are absolutely great. They are very kind, and they go above and beyond to try and help you.

Joann was wonderful and I just love the selection. Joann helped me find a few things I was looking for and I found other things as well. Just love Michaels.
