The only reason it's not 5 stars is because their selection isn't as big as other places, and I end up leaving and going to a competitor.
Their prices are competitive with the other stores and their personnel are absolutely great. They are very kind, and they go above and beyond to try and help you.

Called them earlier in the week about a framing job and took the product in for framing and got shot down and charged higher then what was told to me will never go back again the manager acted like he didn't even want to do it and all it was is a jersey frame not happy at all

I love Michael's, but recently they have gotten really stingy with the coupons. Most of them seem to be for online use only. And today I was not able to use my military discount and the checkout lady was not very nice about it 😒 she was quite rude!!

Came here for a clearance sale and was not disappointed. Left with several trinkets and some candy for kids that I know. I will come back as I do at least once every six months.
