Took my truck in for them to fix the breaks, the rough idle (died several times a day while driving) and the slow refill problem. They said they would have news for me in a couple days. 4 days later they told me “theres nothing wrong with the idle”. They replaced the drum brakes (now the breaks are working great) but told me there was no other problems. Then they charged me over $1600 dollars. Truck died on the way home even after all the diagnostics they charged me for after telling me I was wrong about my own truck. When I went to pick up the truck one mechanic asked me to leave a review. Here it is. Watch out taking your vehicles to Midas.

I recently had my car’s oil changed at Midas, and they claim to perform additional checks, such as tire pressure and fluid levels (including windshield washer fluid and radiator coolant). However, in reality, they did not conduct any of these inspections. What’s even more concerning is that they wrote in their report that they had checked everything and set the tire pressure to 35 PSI—when in fact, they never even touched the tires, let alone checked the washer fluid or other fluids.
The bigger issue is that this was not the first time. They did the exact same thing before, and at first, I thought it was just a mistake. But now, it’s clear that this is a pattern of negligence and reckless disregard for safety standards, not to mention dishonesty toward customers. I am now left questioning whether they even changed my oil at all.
I strongly warn other to be cautious!

There was no communication between the employees about my car. I brought it in for a tire change and alignment, was not called when it was done and when I came in they said they didn’t have time for the alignment. The next day one tire pressure was down to 15 and appeared to have a leak. I brought it in and they didn’t have time to fix it which was fine since it was busy and close to closing so I made an appt for the next day for the tire to be fixed and a full alignment. They brought it out once the alignment was completed and claimed they had no idea there was an issue with the tire when I asked how they fixed it, even though my receipt said “driver front side tire is leaking” and had to bring it back in. The entire time there was not communication between the 3 employees as they all thought I was here for different reasons when I made it very clear I was here for a leak. They patched the leak and told me “legally we probably shouldn’t have patched it but we wanted to get it done for you.” Chris was very nice and apologized for the confusion.

Outstanding Customer Service!!
I arrived at Midas with my check engine light glaring and a concerning rattling noise under the hood. Unaware that my oil hadn’t been refilled by Jiffy Lube, I was anxious about the condition of my car.
The Midas team, Rich and Roman, were incredibly welcoming and immediately set to work diagnosing the issue. They quickly discovered the lack of oil and informed me of the previous shop’s neglect. Not only did they address the oil issue, but they also conducted a meticulous inspection to ensure there are no further problems (currently).
Their communication was clear and educational, as they walked me through their findings and the steps they were taking to resolve them. The mechanics and management at Midas are honest and upfront about the costs, providing a detailed invoice without any surprise fees.
The service was not just swift and thorough, but also compassionate. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked diligently to get me back on the road safely. I’m deeply appreciative of their integrity and the outstanding customer service they provided. This Midas store has earned my trust and my highest recommendation.
