Otter Creek Golf Course is a beautiful and very nice course in central Iowa. It is well managed, well maintained, and actually decently challenging with a number of hazards. The staff is very friendly. The attached Tin Cup restaurant offers good food, better than a typical snack shop, for casual dinner or takeout. While green fees are slightly overpriced for a municipal course, it remains a favorite providing a lot of fun. A noted gripe is the need for more bathrooms spread throughout the course.
