This location is a well-oiled machine! It's always fully staffed on busy nights of the week. It's efficient and the food is always fresh! Great management and staff is well-equipped and well-trained.

when we originally placed this delivery order, we were told it would be ready in 50 to 55 minutes after charging our card we were told it was gonna be 85 minutes for our pizza to arrive. This is very poor communication and very poor service. Please make this right by giving us a credit or a coupon for free pizza in the future. I am very disappointed

Pizza arrived after 2 hours. And it was wrong order. This store should be reviewed thoroughly by the Franchise. Not a good branding for Papa Johns. Red Flag.

They said my pizza would be ready at 6:05 PM. when my husband went to pick it up They told him it would be ready at 6:50 PM.. That's another 45 minutes that he has had to wait now. I then called the number of Papa john's and got a recording that said my pizza was ready. So my husband goes back in the store and tells them that and they said they're just putting the pizza in now.. What the heck?... My husband said we will not be getting pizza from them again..

Our pizza was 30 minutes late (total wait time 1 hr 29 minutes). We understood this because they said they were super busy. However, the pizza was cold and getting hard already like it had been sitting for several hours. Worst pizza we've ever had. Ended up throwing it away. Won't order from here again. Very disappointed in Papa Johns.

I just want to say thank you to store#418. We ordered a gluten free pizza through the app. It can as a regular pizza. We called to see if we can get the gluten free that was ordered and how to correct it. Not only did they bake us our gluten free pizza in 10 min. They also delivered a new large pizza and bread sticks. They went above and way beyond. Thank you so much store 418.

Always good, just sometimes they forget the extra sauce that you pay for but otherwise the pizza is great

Listen let's be honest papa johns is always good. I love the stuffed crystal garlic butter pizza they just came out with. The service is always awesome and there is always just a hustle about the people who work there. 5 stars.
