Staff are super friendly
After my first visit, I had some complaints about the quality of work, but they were super responsive and fixed everything for me, working within my busy schedule. My nails are gorgeous and I plan to return.

I got an acrylic set. I was super excited as the staff was sooo nice over the phone and when I first got there. I sat down and had my previous dip set removed, which took about 45 minutes but they were with other customers so I completely understood and was fine waiting. The lady came over to me and started my set, she was so sweet and starting conversation. She then started shaping and using the drill on my nails. When I came in I had a sore on one of my fingers, we talked about it and she was very gentle with it. From there, using the drill she shredded my cuticle on a different finger where I started to bleed. She apologized and asked if I was okay, I said yes and she continued working. She came back to that nail a little while later and did the same thing and of course I started bleeding again. By the end I had three fingers bleeding (not including the original sore) and as I was walking out I noticed that almost every nail is completely crooked! They’re very messy, overall just very bad, and two days later I’m still in a lot of pain. I paid $65 including the tip. The staff was sooo sweet and I really wish I had a better experience but I sadly won’t be back:(

My daughter and I were JUST in here.... Nancy did a great job on my gel pedicure..... she's the only reason this review is getting 3 stars.... the gal that did my 9 year old daughter's nails was AWFUL.... My daughter said she was very rough with her feet and she was almost in tears when she finished!!!.... her toes look HORRIBLE even after the lady tried (and failed) to "fix" them and not redo them...only half, if that of her nailes themselves are even painted at all. I will be redoing them myself when we get home!.... the lady was not friendly and we will most likely NOT be back.
Thank you NANCY..... for being friendly, professional and doing a good job on mine though....saved the review from a one star for sure.
