I feel bad for the staff giving this place a 1 star overall because they were all friendly, warm, and welcoming. The only 2 things that stuck out as positives were the breakfast from the diner and the bed was comfortable. Our shower didn't drain, the trim in the room had fallen off of the wall, and many in our group didn't have hot water. At one point they turned the drinking fountains off and the hotel was full of kids playing in tournaments. It is right off of 35 so if you're just passing through and need a place to crash this could be ok but other than that I'd pass altogether.

A great place to stay and have our conference. The food and overall service was unbeatable.

The pool was not heated and my grandkids froze and only swam for 20 minutes as that is all they could handle.

They gave away my room even though I told them I would be a late check-in, they had to put me in a room with a broken faucet. The dude who helped me at the front desk in the middle of the night whose fault this was not had to help me carry my stroller and all my bags up a steep flight of stairs; because building has no elevator. Also seems like a lot of drunks like to stay here because even walking in the place people were stumbling carrying on and I had a sleeping infant with me-- was very very bad today.

Room was clean, pool was open, check in was easy, location was ideal for me, workout room was impressive in comparison to other hotels. However, I was charged a late check out fee before checking out. I understand the reason, it's just a bit of an annoyance since I couldn't leave my job til after the check out time.

Going in, it looked like it was all going to be bad. Our entrance was covered in spider webs and large spiders, very musty smell the moment we were inside. But rooms were actually very nice. (pleasantly surprised) Our main floor room was super nice and was already cooled down. We also got a 3 bed room upstairs for kids, and we got in late and no AC was on, so it was over 80 and it was tire for bed. No free breakfast, even though said there was online. Sign for pool and whirlpool, but whirlpool has been covered up, but Pool looked nice. (Didn't use, went to waterpark.)

Location is near many shops and restaurant options. Centrally located for softball tournaments in the area with about a 20-35 minute drive depending on the location. The room was spacious. There are lots of updates that need to be done. We also did not have hot water for showers.

This is at best a 1 star hotel at 5 star pricing. Room was decent everything else I would say did not beat a Motel 6.

If it was possible to give this place a 0 stars, I would. Smells like a petting zoo, looks like a trap house. Avoid at all costs

The internet pictures were deceiving, this hotel is basically a poorly remodeled hotel 8. The hallways had awful smell. There were no elevators. The room was somewhat clean, but the smell from the hallway leaked in. The bathtub had yellow stains to the point I wouldn’t shower in it. The only good thing was the bed (thank god) but you felt like you were going to bring home bed bugs. The staff was nice, but her thick accent made it hard to understand her. The diner next door was closed, however I probably would not have even eaten there. We paid way too much for what we got. Thank god it was only one night.

Rooms are dilapidated and in need of repairs. Cleanliness is one star at best. Staff was friendly and apologetic but they couldn't do anything about the condition of the rooms as a whole.

While the staff is pleasant the hotel facility and it’s attempts at remodeling have not led to a well constructed hotel or satisfactory stay. Would not recommend the facility.

Our bathroom sink was linking when we arrived and used the sink, water pooled under the sink. It was fixed fairly quickly. The Kleenex box was never refilled by the cleaning staff. The bathtub was slippery and needs to have grips to keep people safe.
The light switches were difficult to use. The sconce lights didn't work on one side of the bed and the front desk was notified. It was not fixed during our stay. I was the only light on one side of the bed. The smell of chlorine was very strong in the hall. Our room was very far away from the pool so it shouldn't have smelled of chlorine so strongly.
Rooms: The front facade and lobby looked brand new and updated. However, I wasn't impressed by the hotel once we got to our room. It was in disrepair and we reported the problems, one of the problems was addressed and fixed. The other problem with the bedside light was never addressed or fixed. The front building area seemed to me to be false advertising based on the condition of the rooms and halls.
