On July 9th I stopped in at Regal Nails to see if they had time to do a quick fill for me. I didn't see anyone so I walked all the way in and looked around the corner to find both employees sleeping in their chairs. I didn't bother them, but won't be back.

I have been standing in nail shop 30 minutes and I am beening ignored. No one said one word to me. They walked passed me twice and said nothing. The funny part is I am still standing here while I post the review!!

Went to Regal Nails last night and they did an amazing job! They are under new ownership and Peter did my nails and I will be going back. The whole staff was very friendly.

My daughter had her nails done and they came out horrible and on top of that they charged her more than the price list says. The establishment is dishonest. I just want my daughter's money back. If they don't give me a solution, I will file a complaint with the consumer department.

Never Never never again. My nails look horrible. Not straight at all. Filed the whole side of my nails off on a few nails. Never again . I told her they were messed up. Nothing. After this post they reached out and fixed my nails for me and I am a bit happier. Thank you

I would not go back to this place or refer anyone to there either. They did get me right in and got right to work. They did shape my nails real nice but would not paint a French tip as I wanted.. instead they put on white tips and I don't feel it has the same end result. The girl wasn't very good with her tools and burnt the skin alongside my nails then it hurt when they did anything with chemical. Far too much grinding on the nails after the gel powder. My nails were painful and tender for several days after. Was not a pleasant experience at all.

It’s the worst place to go! They can’t do any designs they didn’t have any of the colors my daughters wanted everything they asked for they couldn’t do. It’s very pricey! And they ended up with ugly nails! They weren’t shaped right, and the colors were smeared. Never going there again!

I'm torn on how to rate this. I've gotten great waxing here for a couple of years. But 3 weeks ago, I was waxed so hard that my face was bleeding when I got out to my car & there were patches of unwaxed area. I still have a scar on my chin & 1 eyebrow was shorter than the other. I called & spoke to the owner who did offer me to receive my next wax for free, but I told her that I don't plan to return. The person who cut me should NOT be waxing. Until this last visit,cI would have rated them a 5.

Had to get my nails taken off and since I was in the area decided to make a quick stop in. The lady was very kind to take the time to remove my nails. She didn't rush me she even shaped my nails and cut my nails before I left. Super sweet and I will definitely be back.
