The app “check in” is glitchy and works maybe half the time. Looooong wait times. Constant push to upsell overpriced products and shampoo in a vibrating chair. Ask for scissors and you get clippers with hair buzzed way too short. It’s like you get whatever the stylist decides you get, not what you want. They use nomenclature I’m not familiar with, I still don’t know what a number two even means. If you do find a competent stylist, you will have to ask for their schedule so you can plan accordingly because their shifts are all over the place. Always full of kids running around, I thought this place was for men. Time to look around for a barbershop other than this hack job chain store.

Our latest experience with this location was incredibly frustrating and we will not be going back. The online check-in has always been way off. Initially it tells you your wait time is X but it always ends up being much longer than originally estimated. On Saturday, I signed our two sons in online and the wait time initially said 75 minutes. After almost 5 hours, I got the text that it was time to go to Sport Clips.My husband brought the boys there and checked them in. For reasons unknown to Jordan, the person working there, the system immediately moved their names to the bottom of the waiting list. Instead of recognizing that this was a system error and finding a solution, Jordan told my husband that they would have to wait the almost 2 MORE hours before anyone could cut their hair because that's what the system was now saying. There was literally not one person in the waiting area because it was no one else's turn for a haircut but our sons. Jordan refused to give the haircuts so my husband took the kids and left.After adjusting our schedule all day, waiting to get these haircuts done, I was livid. I called the location and spoke with Jordan. She said all the same things to me that she said to my husband - their names dropped to the bottom of the waiting list upon checking in and she didn't know why but they would not be getting haircuts because the system said it's not their turn.A couple days later, my husband checked in at Great Clips for the boys. They had a 30 minute wait but got them right in at the 30 minute mark. They had perfect haircuts in no time with zero frustration.

I won't be going back. Perhaps the stylist was having a bad day but she had the personality of a tree. Wouldn't engage at all. And my hair was cut too short. Of course, when she asked if it was ok I said yes and I still tipped her well. Because you should. But what good does it do to get pissed about a short hair cut? You can't glue it back on. And it will grow back

That's what I knew place like this, it may be trial and error to get the right person. But they take really good notes that everyone can see, and it's a very friendly environment.

Great place. This is the only place I get my hair cut. Like family. The girls there are awesome. I would highly recommend it!!!!

Checked in online at 11:30am with a 90 minute wait time. Showed up at 12:55 just to be told I have another 63 minutes. Second time this has happened here. Absolute trash check in process. Better off buying clippers at Walmart and figuring it out yourself than attempting to go here

Made an appointment on the app at 1:00pm and it said the first available stylist was at 4pm. I got here at 3:55 and it's now 4:36 and I'm still waiting and people who checked in HOURS after me are going ahead of me! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Kasey truly stands out as the finest! Despite my numerous experiences with various hairdressers, I always managed to find flaws in my haircuts. My hair has a tendency to grow in an unruly manner, with the sides appearing excessively poofy. However, Kasey not only provided me with invaluable product recommendations but also employed a precise trimming technique during my most recent visit on the sides of my hair, that has had an astounding impact! I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend scheduling your next haircut with Kasey!

I made an appointment and checked in online. The wait said 63 mins. I went to the salon about 50 mins later. They said the wait was another 90 mins. The online check in told me I was up next for an appointment but the salon said it was incorrect they were behind and everyone was going on break. I left and was planning on coming back but then received a text that I missed my appointment. I'm not sure how they are still in business. The last time I tried making an appointment was the same way. Thought it was an off day. Will not be trying this place again.

Claimed my son's card was "denied." Paid with my card. Only to have both cards charged. Unable to resolve this with Sports Clips. How complicated could it be? Had to work with my son's bank to get a refund.Service: Haircut
