Customer Service here is amazing. Jennifer was very helpful helping me create my project. There is always some available when you need help finding something and they are great at helping find other solutions if your exact item is not available. Highly recommend this location.

I had a really wonderful experience at Ankeny Staples today! Someone (me) infected my laptop with a virus (not COVID) and they removed it. Many thanks!!

The interaction I just had over using the EXIT door to leave is apalling. Apparently when you use the self service printing they want you to use the entrance to leave. Uh what?!?!? The attitude of the employee was disgusting to say the least.

I worked with a gentlemen here that was AWESOME! We were able to work everything over the phone and once I got my printed items they were good and at a really good price and quickly because we needed it in 2 days. The problem was how to get them. We are a non-profit who works with people with diverse learning abilities and I had a volunteer that was going to pick my order up for me because it was 45 minutes from my house to the nearest Staples. After all of the conversations I had making the order and sending them the file that needed printed, I thought it was odd that I didn't get a bill sent to me via email so I had our treasurer call to give them my card over the phone. Imagine my surprise when the treasurer called me back and said they refused to take it over the phone. So I called and talked to a sales person and the confirmed they can't take a card over the phone so I asked to talk to their manager. I talked to the manager and he confirmed they won't take payment over the phone and kept saying "I'll lose my job, if I do that". After running through what I thought was some pretty good solutions to which he said no to every single one of them I finally asked him "How can you remedy the problem" and he said I would need to come in (there was no other solution to him - this was it), I explained that I was 45 minutes away and that is why I had a volunteer picking it up...30 minute conversation...we got no where. My volunteer had to pay Staples almost $75 and we had to reimburse them. SO I came up with a remedy...Not Staples. Actually when you look at it, Staples allowed someone whose name was not on the order to pickup my order - and they paid for it but her name was no where on the order, but they didn't have a single person No one...In the entire store...who could make a reasonable accommodation and take a credit card over the phone for a print job that had all of the contact information on the letter and they had my personal email and my personal cell phone also from working with me AND I had offered to email them a copy of my drivers license. oh the sanity Staples does not assist people with physical disabilities (actually said it was my problem to get to the store they don't have wheelchairs to help me...not something I asked, but he volunteered that information when I asked if I came, could he come to the car and run the card for me) They refuse to make reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities when they take an order over the phone (I even asked if they could put the order in for me on line send it to me right away, I pay for it on line and it was done and his answer......no) This day and age....They should be ashamed, absolutely ashamed of themselves and if corporate headquarters reads this, I would be absolutely honored to take a day from my full time job (who by the way makes accommodations for anyone that needs it) to show you how you can make over 60% of the United States who have some kind of disability or have a family member that might deal with your store has some kind of disability, feel unwelcome. Shame on you Staples!

I tried to return an item for my business after 30 days and Staples wouldn't return it. Gave me a number to call, which was busy all day. I won't do business in Staples again!

This company has probably one of the most disorganized staff I've ever come across in an office supply store. Then they overplayed the copyright card when you try and get copies so I walked out and went to a local small business who is wonderful

Purchased a new desktop after my laptop started having problem, and problems I mean complete utter self destruction. Kathy at the IT desk was above and beyond phenomenal! She helped to get some items off of my old hard drive that I thought I would never see again! I am very impressed at her level and quality of work! I must say she is so kind as well, her and Cassidy walked me through every step of the way and kept me in the look as they tried to recover files. I also picked out a new printer while I was there and an external hard drive, all were great suggestions!

The copy service used to be outstanding at this location. Was told that a manager would no longer allow a service I have used over 30 times due to it potentially damaging their equipment (simple large scale print)...which makes absolutely no sense. It has taken way to long to get a refund for my online order as well.
