I went in before Christmas to get an isu sweatshirt for the liberty bowl. they had t-shirts, bur not sweatshirts. staff was nice and explained it was a licensing issue and suggested I buy them from the university bookstore on line. the strawberry patch has a great selection of sports team apparel and other items. staff was nice and I ordered my sweatshirts from the university bookstore.

Very disappointed-I ordered (and paid for) a shirt in early September. Didn’t hear anything, so I called a couple weeks ago and left a message to check on it. I waited 24 hours, didn’t get a response, so I called back. I was told someone would be in touch. This was over a week ago, and I still didn’t hear anything. If the shirt isn’t available, I’m fine with just getting a refund, or at least some kind of response to let me know what’s up

The Guy Jeff, Made Me Feel LikeHe Didn't Appreciate My Kind Coming In His Shop.Unorganized, Could Use Some Diversity Along With Some Young Help. He Made Me Wait 2 Wks, For A 20 Min.Job. This place is worthless. Placed an order online for 12 shirts on June 8 (it's now July 25) that was supposed to be done in 10-15 business day. I've gotten so many excuses on why they aren't done, from "he just missed the order" to ordering the wrong shirt sizes to health problems with dental and diabetes issues. I've been up there multiple times to talk to them which he assured me they were working on the shirts and would be done later that day, but they never were. Nothing but lies coming from this place. Avoid at all costs.

Placed my order on June 8th, was to be finished in 10-15 business days. Never heard anything from so I called them just after the 4th of July. The guy said he missed my order (which was placed online) and that he would have my shirts done by Monday the 11th. I heard nothing, so Tuesday the 12th I call and get a text saying they couldn't talk due to a dental procedure they had done but the shirts would be done Thursday the 14th. I once again hear nothing, so today (Friday the 15th) I went to the store. What a surprise when I get told they still aren't done and that the shirts just came in last night so he would have them done either later the 15th or I could pick them up Monday the 18th. At this point I am obviously getting lied to and have been gettting lied to and it disgusts me. Either this place is incompetent or just doesn't care. Truly horrible experince. Still don't have my shirts and these were pre-paid. Don't waste your time here.

3 months we have waited to have a few lab coats embroidered. THREE MONTHS and we still get daily excuses as to why they aren't done. Still can't get our property returned, finished or otherwise. They continue to take on new work but won't finish ours. Won't be paying anywhere near the agreed upon price to be treated this way and we are definitely not coming back for the rest of our uniform needs.

This place sucks extremely bad. I was there a month or so ago and there was this employee assisting me named Abbie and i must say she was completely unprofessional bc she was rude and her breath was very offensive to myself and my wifes aunt. She did not know anything about sizes and wouldnt even attempt to try and find out if they could make the shirts or something similar to what we desired. This employee also smelled like alcohol so maybe she was drunk this day but who's to know. Overall because of this experience with her I will not be spending my money here and don't advise you do it either

Horrible customer service. I walked in to the Ankeny Blvd location with my mom today. She uses a walker. We asked about sizing for overalls, and were told they "run funny". When I asked what that meant...small or larger...I was told to look at them. I explained they were a gift for someone else and Elaina (the owner) rudely snapped at me to look at them, she couldn't explain the sizing to me. We then asked if they had sweatpants in other sizes besides XXL and XXXL. We were told no, they don't have other sizes, and in fact hadn't had other sizes in two years. I asked why wouldn't they order the more common sizes in two years, and she snapped because no one buys them. Ummm....but I would have bought them if they had a smaller size. My mom asked to find a shirt size that was hanging up above her head, they handed her a Shepard's hook to get it herself, and she was walking with a walker!!!!! I asked the woman what her name was, and she said "Elaina. Why? Are you going to complain? Because I'm the owner so you can just complain to me." My mom purchased $280 in clothing today, but I will never, ever, ever spend another dollar in that store. The owner Elaina was unbelievably rude.

Being new to the area, I was happy to find a local embroidery shop to make 2 shirts for grandparents. I could have ordered shirts on line, I now wish I had. The shirts were promised by Dec 20, we called Dec 19, were assured they would be ready. We stopped In the 20th twice and assured they would be ready by close or they would stay and finish. Needless to say, it's Saturday morning and I'm now told won't be done and must have had my order confused with another. Local is definitely not best in this situation.

Tried to order from a local business rather than shop online and unfortunately had a very bad experience and will not be returning. Received very poor communication and customer service from each and every person that I spoke to. Items were not done on time as they promised (still have not yet received them) and each time that I call, they are rude and disrespectful.

Stay away!! Ordered my sons Letterman Jacket in August of 2018. Was told 8 weeks and now it is the end of March of 2019, 7 months later and still no jacket. Not one call from this company. Placed multiple calls over the last few months to find out what was going on and was always promised it would be here next week. Lies!!! This place is the worst!!
