The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and most of the time would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather then just give me a general directions and send me on my way. The store was clean and well organized. Target has all kinds of products that are appropriate for young families. This Target was large and newer. They particularly had a great selection of Asian and other ethnic foods.. My particular area of interest is their paper products and groceries. It's where I go to get my bulk paper towels and my bulk Kleenex. This particular target has all the items that you could ever need. They have high quality in fresh food, frozen food, and dry goods. They have a great beverage selection, including water. Health drinks and wine and alcohol. I find that I can usually get in-and-out in a very timely manner.

Prices at target have always been bad and the company is terrible. The new 10 items or less at the self checkout would only make sense if there were more cashiers actually available. All it does is lose money since people would rather get less items than wait 20 minutes just to checkout, since there are only like 2 open.

Staff should be retrained on customer service. I was at PetSmart doing other errands so of course I didn't click "on my way" on the app. It was very unnecessary to tell me to click that and let them know I was on my way for a pickup. This whole street is full of stores to use to run errands. I don't care how fast my order comes out, I know I just got here. Next time don't be rude and listen to what your training tells you if you don't want to **** off a customer. You are being paid $15/hr, stop complaining about customers existing.

I normally love Target, but I had a very odd experience this morning. Everywhere we went people weren't looking and almost ran right into us. Even employees would run out from aisles without looking and a staff member about hit our cart. We also had an odd interaction with a staff member when we were looking for a fillet knife. We asked about if their were any more knives other than the main selection displayed in the kitchen section. He then took a moment to search on his device and made it sound like he knew where other knives were. He kept going on and on without really saying anything to the point where we didn't care about finding the knife anymore and wanted to leave. He then lead us to butter knives and we made it seem like it was what we wanted so he would stop helping us. I feel bad because he wanted to help, but ended up waisting our time by trying to act like he knew what he was doing instead of just saying they didn't have what we were looking for.

Im honestly just irritated. I found a product i wanted online & was given two choices: delivery or pickup. I chose pickup expecting to do the driveup pickup just to stay in the car as i was only getting one item. I get there & the employee comes up to my car & scans the barcode. He then tells me that its an instore pickup & walks away. So i have to go into the store which i was trying to avoid just to go to customer service to get the item. I asked how to do the driveup option. they told me its a choice when ordering. obviously not because i wasn given multiple pickup options. all of target didnt want to see a woman without a bra walking around! i dont see the point in ordering pickup to still have to come into the store, i wouldve just walked in & got it myself if that was the case.

Extremely disappointed in this store customer service and the store manager. I went in today to see why a gift card was not activated. I was met with an assistance the said "Are you here for as store pick up" . I said no I have a problem with this card. IMMEDIATELY all I got was WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY RETURNS UNTIL APRIL 13TH. When I asked again all he did was shove a sign at me that said the same thing. NOT even a small amount of customer service AT ALL. It could have been as easy as possibly re-activating the card, but NOTHING at all. Pour, pour customer service

The remodel has not been good for this store. This Target went from having a great selection of products to a minimal selection. I now have to go to multiple stores to get everything that I need. There are also never enough checkout lanes open.

They don't update their stock online and have placed many in store orders that have had to be cancelled due to item being out of stock after placing order. Target.com also has more than once gone past the 2 day shipping promised. I am very unhappy.

This target is disgusting. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Racks are a disaster. Only two cashiers working and it's only 7:30 on a Sunday. Best of all I overheard one of the teenage employees trying to pickup a girl using a cheese pickup line. Don't think he got her number.
