The Allstate office in Ankeny and multiple areas of Iowa and Florida work with many local families. The group is kind, knowledgeable and always ready for helping. They answer questions, call back in a timely manner and even call when events happen in the community to make sure everything is ok. Everyone felt covered, comfortable and pleased with great communication. The staff looks out for vehicles, lets know options and make sure protection needs are covered. Many plan on being with this insurance company for many years.
They are there to help you to the best of tbeir abilities. I personaly have no complaints. Since i have been wirh Allstate Tony Strangs office has alwaya been there like family. So i say thank you and keep up the excellent work
