Nothing against the beautiful people working here but I just opened up an account not even a month ago and I'm already negative in my account for simply moving money over to my cashapp account. I 100% made sure to not have any pending transactions before moving my money over and I still managed to get a overdraft fee. Banks are so predatory to the less fortunate because they are basically charging you more for being poor. Hence why I haven't had a bank account for the past 4 or 5 years now. I'll be sticking to my cashapp that let's me borrow money (I've never had an issue paying them back), and I get my paycheck 2 days early, no overdraft fees, no hidden fees of any kind.I'd like to reiterate once again, nothing against the employees at this location because they're not the ones making these predatory policies.

After 25 years of banking with a different bank, I switched to Two Rivers earlier this month. I was tired of all the fees at the other bank. The Two Rivers website provided many helpful answers about accounts and services. I like the 50+ checking account option. The customer service on the phone and in person is also excellent. All of my questions have been answered and everybody has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks Hannah (Ankeny branch) and Gabbi (visiting from the Coralville branch).

Customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their promises posted on their website! They have no idea how to help prevent problems with HSA accounts and leave you out on your own to figure it out!

Ever since this bank has switched to two rivers it’s been garbage I have been with this location for about 6 years now and I am to the point I will be closing my account and moving on. They treat you like you are d**** I have just had it with the customer service. I’m tired of the online banking app freezing for multiple days and nobody being able to help. I will not recommend this bank.

I have been banking with two rivers for approximately five years now. I have always had excellent excellent service open till approximately two months ago due to Covid and being off work and unemployment. Unfortunately, my checking account took a dive for the worst unemployment went on hold because of their systems which was not my fault I called they told me I need to call the branch manager Devin in Ankeny and talk to him about helping me with returns of over drafts and explain what’s happening and that I have money coming. I have called and called and left 3 voice mails and no return calls what’s so ever. Not even a call to tell me no he has no interest of helping me. I lost my job due to Covid, I went to unemployment. I then had to Get an extension on unemployment and their computers were too old is what they told me and they’ve been working on it since January 2 so needless to say I’ve gone 6 weeks with no money. I’ve always thought very highly of this bank they’ve always been there I’ve never had problems in the one time I have a problem I call and I cannot even get a phone call back very very poor customer service I will probably look elsewhere for a different bank that will take care of me and I will return my calls hopefully

Nothing but problems since they bought out the old bank I used. They make banking inconvenient in every possible way. Constant problems with their app and online banking in general. It's frustrating to not have access to my account information because their IT department is garbage and employees aren't communicated with about issues.

After not being satisfied with my current bank, I decided I needed to switch to a Two Rivers account. There are so many perks to banking at Two Rivers, such as it's not a corporate bank, ATM fee refunds, online banking, and overdraft fee forgiveness, etc. The woman who helped set my account up was so nice and friendly and gave me advice on what was best for me. I'm elated to be a new Two Rivers customer!

I find everything I need at Two Rivers, but in a small bank atmosphere. The people there are helpful, answering all my questions quickly, and going out of their way to make things easy for me. It's a pleasure doing business with them!

I expect a certain level of professionalism at places I decide to take my business and normally I wouldn't write a review on-line but when a person goes above and beyond like Kathy did I felt compelled to let others know about my experience. I was frustrated with a bank that made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them when I had questions or when I would walk in and the first impression I got was that they were annoyed they had to stop talking and assist me. The moment I opened the door to the bank Kathy and another lady had huge welcoming smiles. I unloaded a little to Kathy about my experience and she took it in stride. She didn't bank bash the competition instead she apologized on behalf of the banking profession. She answered my questions with great confidence, making sure that she was talking to me and not above me. She provided me with some information to take back to my husband and made sure that when I walked out that door I had a smile on my face. - Thanks Kathy, that really made my day!!!!
