Drove the truck 28 miles, filled up at Kwik-Star back to U-Haul Ankeny (2 miles). Cost me $30.00 to fill up at 8.5 miles per gallon. Somebody needs to make sure the person before me get charged for gas they did not put in the TANK. What a rip-off!

Great location I had to rent a UHaul in CentraL Illinois. It wasn't a great experience but I wasn't surprised Returning the UHaul to this location was great. This is what I would hope to experience in a UHaul location. Caring staff who could answer questions. Recommend

Easy online order for truck, received confirmation email. Went to pick up truck and everything was ready that I ordered. Personnel on duty very helpful.

Decent uhaul location. They had plenty of inventory available as well as a fully stocked box and moving equipment store. Uhaul I rented was sorta clean but had an empty soda bottle in it. There wasn't any grime however and the vehicle performed well!
