Excellent, this store always have the new edition Apple products available on the release date! They spend at least 2 hours helping me get my electronics set up and even follow up to ensure everything is working properly. Highly recommend

Avoid this US Cellular store at all cost. I've been a US Cellular customer for 3 years and everytime I visit to get help with issues that may arise, I always encounter the worst customer service. It's like they don't want/ keep your business.

Walked in to see if they can help with iPhone problems. Workers was there. Don’t greet you or say anything. They acted like they so busy! So busy they don’t have times to say hello! They don’t a cares about their other customers! Worse place! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

Chris Wilkins provides excellent customer service. Prompt and undivided. This is the 2nd time I've visited the corporate store in ankeny and both times, as soon as i walk in the door, he immediately stands and acknowledges my arrival. Chris is very polite and professional. All my future visits will be with Chris.

We had a great experience with Crystal, she was great help, she was great. She explained every question we had as well as made choosing what we bought so much easier. Only gave it a 3 star because the displays didn’t all work. How do you expect someone to buy a $1800 phone when you can even turn it on because there is no power to it!

Incredibly impressed with Crystal’s service- by far the best service I’ve ever experienced in ANY cellular store…hands down! She took her time to explain the different phones, plans and watches and made sure we were happy with our service. Crystal deserves a 10-star rating and should be recognized for her high-caliber customer service skills!I am however disappointed with the store- why hasn’t Management taken care of the power running to the demo phones?!? How do you expect your reps to sell smart watches and a phones for $1,800+ when your employees can’t turn them on?!? That already creates barriers for your employees to offer the best service as soon as a customer walks in! This isn’t a supply & demand issue- it’s a maintenance and management issue! C’mon US Cellular- you can do better!

Went in looking for new plan and was greeted by Adam. I have been with other phone companies and this was by far the easiest and quickest purchasing a plan has ever gone. Got me a great plan with better options than my previous provider at a great price! Best customer service i’ve seen in a while

We are frustrated today when we went to a scheduled appointment (taking time off from work) at the Ankeny, IA SE Delaware US Cellular location to get 3 new phones and to change/upgrade our plan. We were told that because we are in the middle of the billing cycle, we would be double charged (with no reimbursement) if we followed through with business today. We were advised to make an appointment for later in July.

I was having problems with my new iPhone 13 and had gone to a US cellular store by me 3 times with no results. When I got to this store and had the privilege of getting Angela Stotler, all my issues have been resolved. She was extremely polite, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable!! Another rarity today. Yes it took time, however, as I said before, several things needed to be done. Made my time there much more enjoyable. On a scale of 1-10 she gets a 20!! Great job, Angela.

I walked in to set up a business account and was looking for Home Service Internet. I was quickly and warmly greeted with a smile from one of the sales consultants. (Angela) was extremely knowledgeable about about each service and product they provided. She worked with me for over an hour to help me determine which service and product would suit my needs best. She did not rush nor pressure me into getting something I was not interested in or comfortable with. She thoroughly explained everything and broke down the billing estimate so I could easily understand what I would be charged. To be honest at first I thought she was the store manager because of her insight and dedication to her job. Although she was not the on site manager...She NEEDS to be! Angela even followed up with me a week later on my service and made sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I will always be coming back to this store for all my future business and personal needs. They treat you like a real person here, not just a sale.
