That means exceptional service from real humans."Nearly all the newer tech businesses will pro-rate your bill if you discontinue service. I switched from US Cellular to another carrier the day a new billing cycle started (due to poor coverage/dropped calls), and they charged me for the entire billing cycle. Customer service was zero help. This is US Cellular's policy. With "values" like this, I know I made the right decision to switch. Others should consider it, too. Just make sure to do it before your billing cycle ends.

Had to wait to be served, even thou I had an appt. After waiting he then asked us to come to the counter. Once there he started helping another customer that had only been in the store a couple of minutes. He tried to charge us shipping to order a product upgrade that was offered for a penny (no add't chgs stated in letter), per letter received. Then said it had to be delivered to the store location. Couldn't be delivered to home because it would be my responsibility if it was damaged in shipping. Of course I was upset and firm with my words, no cussing. He then indicated he couldn't help me. Got home called US Cellular, product was being sent to home address at no charge and no other charges. Will not go back to this location. Worst service I've ever received.
