Wags Pet Resort

Hours: Wags Pet Resort is a popular pet boarding facility that has received mixed reviews from its customers. The resort is known for its friendly staff and nice facilities, which have made it a go-to choice for many pet owners, especially those with senior dogs that require special care. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the resort's communication and attention to detail. While most customers report that their pets seemed happy and well-cared for during their stays, a few have experienced issues such as a lack of response to inquiries, missed reservations, and even fleas on their pets after pickup. The pricing has also been a point of contention, with some customers finding the boarding and daycare costs to be a bit high. Despite these occasional problems, Wags Pet Resort remains a popular option for pet owners in the area, particularly for those with senior dogs who appreciate the specialized care and attention offered by the resort's staff. Overall, the reviews suggest that Wags Pet Resort provides a generally positive experience, but customers may want to stay vigilant and communicate closely with the staff to ensure their pets' needs are met.
