From the time we first contact Ware Applicance until our dryer was fixed was under 2 hours. We were very pleased and glad we didn't have to buy new.

Had a great buying experience here. Installation team was outstanding. Recently had a service need on an appliance. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and represented us well to the manufacturer. Even though out of warranty John was able to get the manufacturer to send a replacement part fast and free to us! This is definitely a local business I am proud to support and buy from!

I scheduled with Ware appliance because I wanted to support a local small business. The repair man arrived on time. He asked what issues we were having. I explained what the issue was. He told me not to waste my money repairing it just buy a new washer. Told me all about the options they offer . He never looked at my washer. Never even walked into my laundry room. Stood in the entry way and charged me $80. For what!!! Never again. I will not buy from them nor will I ever call for service.

We called Monday, March 14, 2022 to schedule an appointment to have someone repair our washing machine. We were told to leave a message and they would return our call.. As of Friday, March 18, 2022, we still have not received a call back from WareAppliance. What excellent customer service!

Not your big box store so you get a personal experience. They listen to help get you the right appliance. Service has also been great when needed on less than new appliances... and never made to feel like I should upgrade.
