Staff are completely rude and unprofessional at this filthy truck stop….your money is better spent elsewhere.

Rating showers facilities, There were lots of used towels on the floor, the employee was walking on them without picking them up to place them in a basket, the same towels they gave you to use later, the showers were moisty, exhaust blowers seem no to be working at all, the floors are oily, in general dirty, it's evident they don't use any detergent, disinfectant or bleach to clean them which makes it very unpleasant, I drop by once every two weeks and fuel my two tanks and certanly expect better, probably will look for an alternative.

At this stop do not stay in the store employees, they treat you badly they are not worth working here. Not all who sit at the cash register should be fired 😑

As of today 6/21/25 DEF at all pomps is foaming. I never seen something like that before with DEF. I don't know if it's because of weather hot and humid or same kind different Def formula?

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and they've got a full PJ Fresh food bar at the back of the store.

I had to take a moment to shout out Kevin at the One9 Truck Stop for going above and beyond — something you don’t see often on the road these days.
So here’s what happened: I was craving half roasted chicken and called in to check if they had any. Kevin picked up the call and politely told me they were out. Fair enough — but I took a chance and asked him if there was any way he could make it happen. And honestly? He didn’t have to… but he did.
Kevin not only made the effort — he personally took the time to prepare the chicken fresh, just for me. I could tell right away it wasn’t some rushed job. The chicken was perfectly roasted — crispy skin on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. You could taste the care and attention that went into it. This wasn’t just food; this was someone taking pride in their work.
As a trucker who eats out almost every day, moments like this stand out. Kevin didn’t just serve a meal — he delivered hospitality. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about making a customer’s day better, especially when working long hours at a busy truck stop.
Thank you, Kevin — you turned a basic stop into something memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope management sees this and recognizes the kind of employee you’ve got on your team.
Truckers — if you’re passing by One9, ask for Kevin and hope he’s cooking. You won’t be disappointed.

I think it’s a little tone deaf to have only diesel fuel here in the middle of 1-80 where there are not a lot of gas stations for travelers to begin with.

Best Pilot(0NE9) ; met the coolest employees who came off more as friends. Observed for the entirety of 1 day (srsly) saw a ‘strive for five’ cleaning every drop , tidy showers & even met the main. tech ; despite camping out for 2 days/slow wrk - they welcomed it ! Walmart would’ve alr. kicked me despite working for them. Jake has a robust work ethic & excellent feel for customer relation deserving every bit of a promotion. Nobody but corporates fault for the prices , my only complaint … it’s 2025 what do you Xpect

Small One9, with truck diesel only.
As of Jan 24 2025, 2 or 3 fuel lanes were shut down, hopefully that gets resolved soon.
Other than that, not a bad one. The restrooms were very clean!
The people were nice too.

I had an unpleasant experience at the One9 Fuel Network store (#496) in Atalissa, Iowa. When I asked a staff member, a blonde woman in her forties, about fuel and DEF, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She avoided eye contact, raised her voice, and spoke to me rudely. When I asked her to be more respectful, she made a comment that felt discriminatory, leaving me feeling unwelcome.
I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. Based on my experience and other reviews I’ve seen, this behavior appears to be a recurring issue. I hope management takes steps to address this and ensure all customers feel valued at this location.
