Called to get pricing and check wausau inventory on some diamond kote siding, apparently only 1 person in the whole store can price it or check inventory. Why not train more than 1 person to run the computer?

Absolutely horrible customer service and follow thru.. We purchased retaining wall and they told us if we needed more that they could get us more thru another store. Well we needed more like 2 pallets worth, when I called to order more they informed us that WE would have to drive to Creston to pick it up

Bought a gallon of paint for touch up, took old can with me with the info on it even though they had it stored in their system. Touched up several areas on all 4 walls, after drying, it did not match. I went back told them had to buy another gallon and they never offered to make it right, give me a discount or free since they didn't match. So $86 later and my time spent doing the whole room over, not happy at all!!!
