“Exceptional service ! I walked in looking for a wrench and the gentleman at the counter assisted me without hesitation. With his assistance I was able to purchase a quality tool with lifetime warranty within 5 minutes, something that would had taken me probably 15minutes to figure it out on my own.
With the spare time I was able to complete an oil change on a generator & he assisted me in disposing of the used oil.”
“Highly recommend Brown Auto Body for all your vehicle needs. I stopped in for a windshield rock chip repair and was immediately impressed by the honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing. No pressure, no upselling — just genuine customer service and quality work.
I was so satisfied with the experience that I scheduled a full windshield replacement for my other vehicle with extensive cracking. The entire process was smooth, timely, and stress-free.
If you’re looking for an auto body shop that’s reliable, trustworthy, and truly cares about its customers, Brown Auto Body is the place to go. Exceptional service from start to finish 🙏🏻”
“The staff was very professional and helpful. I had a tire patched and a lawn mower tire mounted. Very pleased experience that saved me a lot of time. Thank you all.”
“Came here to get the right part for my vechile as Oreilys member gave me the wrong one. I was so irritated and the gentlemen helping me was very thorough and wasn't going to let me leave without the right part!”
“Whatever you do do not take highway six through Oakland to get to Atlantic Iowa, you cannot keep any constant speed at all, and it’s almost impossible to pass anybody, and if you attempt to, because it’s so heavy with police state, patrol, sheriff, and ice, he will most likely get stopped”
