I tried to order online; but everything I tried to order said it was out of stock. I called and got a very nice, polite gentleman that explained due to a special promotion they were out of stock on some stuff. I ordered extra pizza sauce, I wanted to pay for it, he told me he didn't know how to charge for it. I figured we could deal with that when I got there.
He ordered the pizza for me, my husband picked it up and we were not given the special deal as advertised. The cashier told him we weren't eligible for the deal because we ordered online...the deal was online! The cashier went as far as trying to get him to order a different kind of pizza for that special. I called the store to inquire as to why we were charged full price; the person in charge said he didn't know why we did not get the deal? He was very quick to try and remedy the situation by giving us more pizza. I just wanted to know what I had done incorrectly so i could get the deal next time, or so his employee could learn from the situation. He just kept telling me how he could make it right. I finally agreed to a refund but then he told me due to my husband paying cash he couldn't refund our money but we could come get more pizza. My husband did not pay cash and we do not live in town so driving back would not be beneficial.
I really just wanted them to figure out what happened so I would know for next time, or so they could learn from their mistakes.
The pizza was good even without the extra sauce.
It's ok to make mistakes if you learn from them!

Ordered my pizza online and never received it. Called 3 times for updates and said they are “very busy, delivery driver is just leaving.” Hour later still no pizza or even a courtesy call back for updates let alone to say “sorry.” Isn’t my first issue and I’ve even went to get pizza there and had to wait over an hour for my pizza.

Ordered a large pizza sausage onion and black olives opened it when we got home no onion no black olives very little sausage it might as well have been a cheese pizza.

Ai robot cant take delivery orders and team members dont answer phone. Last Time i ordered it tooik 3 hours. Maybe this location shouldnt deliver as its super difficult...

Ordered pizza was delivered looked liked they dropped it and through it in the box. Not worth the money that i paid. Wouldn't answer the phone was on hold for 30 mins before I hung up.

I would give zero stars if i could! The brisket pizza I ordered was disgusting... hardly any meat or onion (and of course they didn't have jalapeños) way to much cheese and entirely to much ranch! All thewarmer food was expired by HOURS.. store was filthy....all around a disgusting experience!!

The kitchen is understaffed I feel. Pizza was hour half late. Gave it another chance and it happened again hour and forty mins late. Called and asked politely what was taking so long. The man on the phone said the orders got mixed up and they could make me another pizza no charge. I asked if I was going to be reimbursed. He just said it's on its way, so I hung up and it showed up right then but was the wrong pizza.

These guys are horrible. Ordered around 5 pm for food to be delivered. At 8 PM it still wasn't delivered! Called them. They claimed they had lost our order. Did not apologize, did not offer to take a percentage off the order, they did NOTHING to help make it right. This will probably be the last time we order from Casey's. They are always late, food is always cold and only 1 of their drivers are polite and kind. Absolutely rediculous.

Visiting from out of the area, staff are always quick to help with a friendly smile. Ordered two pizzas on-line for lunch today, both were ready on time and tasted delicious!

Who runs this place? It is an absolute train wreck and a constant let down. I don't normally leave reviews on ANYTHING, but it has to be said on every platform available that this is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I'll contend with "glitches" or "malfunctions" but just plain laziness and rudeness is another thing altogether. Casey's Corporate needs to step up and shut this one down.

The store looked nice inside. But the mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It smelled so bad that I almost couldn’t use the bathroom. The toilet did not flush when I was in there. There was toilet paper and hand towels all over the floor and urine on the floor all around the toilet. The sink was good. Looked clean. I will recommend them for their sales floor but the bathrooms are a definite never again!
