Hi all,
First time visiting this place. When setting up an appointment, I always ask for the expected wait time so I can plan my errands accordingly. Unfortunately, today my time management is not gonna work for my busy schedule. You see, I was told no more then 30 Minutes for 2 new tires, it's now going on hour and a half. My advice, if you go here, cancel all your other appointments unless you want to make a few calls to reschedule them all like I had to do. All-n-all 21/2 hours. Not one apology , or a word about "thank you for your patience" nothing!

Walked in at the time they told me to come, I stood in the office for at least 10 mins & nobody said anything to me. After realizing there was a man in the front office with me the whole time I asked "HI could you help me?" To be ignored still. I walked outside to the garage area and asked those men to help me. He was nice didn't ignore me and took my keys saying he will start on mine next. They didn't have my name or phone number or anything at this point & asked me "Did you call ahead?" When I said yiu don't have any of my info ( they never asked for it when I called Sat & completely ignored me the whole time in the front office) at that point I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my car with them so I left...

Awesome customer service. The technician advised me to hold off on rotating tires, though I asked for alignment & rotation. He was very honest and gave me good safety advice on how to maintain my tires after many cross country trips.

Extremely helpful!! Helped me get my car started when it died on me after filling it with gas with my wife and 3 month old baby in the car. Very thankful for the problem solving solution to get me and my family back home safely. Thank you so much again!!

Had a battery die on me, these folks got me in right away, diagnosed the problem and checked the other components in the charging system, and replaced my battery in record time. Jeep starts like a champ now. Super friendly and clean shop. Thanks team!

Have taken my stuff to John since for years. Has always done a great job. From years ago when I had a '72 Monte Carlo to my current Silverado and everything in between. Great shop. Will continue to do business here!

Blew a trailer tire on I 80. Googled tire shops near me. Google rocked it! They had our weird sized trailer tire. Mounted it. We rolled on. Price was very reasonable. Happy ending can happen.

I unfortunately hit a large pot hole in Omaha, which left me with a nice hole in my front tire. I called Dvorak Tire and Service to schedule an appointment; luckily, they were able to get my vehicle in for service the very next day. Overall, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently to have my vehicle serviced in a short amount of time. I could not have asked for better service!

After spending over $800 to “fix the issue” with our vehicle, we couldn’t even drive it home from the shop even after being told it’s fixed and “drives great”. Won’t be taking any of our vehicles there again.

Although he couldn't put the tires on, due to my Rogue being all wheel drive, I asked his lovely wife if there was a Walmart and she told her husband to call talk to the gentleman in auto services and it JUST SO HAPPENED he was able to help me out Super grateful to everyone who helped us-Dvorak and his wife and the Walmart gentleman, All went above and beyond
