Called to get towed out of snow drift in the Menards DC in Shelby. Another driver had called first and told me about them. It was a Saturday. My charges included mileage of 60 miles @ $3.50 a mile and 2 hours min at $500 an hour, which ended up only being like a half hour at most. The total was over $1300. That was really crazy. I don't know what the other driver was charged. I tried to ask what charges would be when i called but was told they can't estimate it. That seems like highway robbery! I'll try very hard never to make that mistake again. Tow truck driver was very nice and helpful, though.

This company over charges for towing services. Yes, I glad they were able to come at night time in the middle of Iowa -I80, but $600 dollars to tow a small vehicle is ridiculous. I wish them well, but needs to have more empathy when is a college student trying to pay for college. I don't know how they come up with this amount, since the receipt doesn't show how much they charge per mile or call. Need to have an itemize receipt, so people know exactly what they were charge for.

Rescued this RV from the ditch. Friendly and fast service. Owner was amazing and took good care of his customers fair price. I'd use them for sure.

When I was recently passing through the area and slid into a ditch during a tow-ban, they were responsive, fast, accommodating, and EXTREMELY friendly. They gave me a ride into town, secured me a hotel room, and got me back on the road in time to make it to my destination for Christmas. The guys that work here are a miracle send if we are being honest, they came out after I had a fire catch on my trailer managed to get me off the side if the road, gave me an escort to their shop and got me in almost immediately. The wait time for repair was a little long but to be completely fair that isnt their fault it was because of the incident that out me in the shop to begin with, that being said they got on it and stayed on it till it was 100% complete. I highly recommend this business.
