Took 5 times to get delivery corrected. Very blunt in your face lady at the front counter. Do not believe I have ever heard a pleasant word from her dour mouth. Guess they need a bulldog at the front counter or time for a forced retirement. Imo she is unpleasant and her employees are inefficient.
