So I’m writing this review before the story even closes because I showed up at 6:30 to pick up my phone that Verizon sent me already paid for. I just had to pick it up from the store but whoever the employee was already had the door lock I could hear her talking and laughing, but she would not open the door so that I could pick up my new phone. I find it really crappy if the hours are 11 to 7 Monday through Friday that they lock their door early and just sit in there and not answer their doorbell or anything. I even called Verizon and Verizon tried to call them and they would not answer the phone. They’re supposed to be the Verizon authorized dealer in this small area. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this Verizon that’s why I always go to the other Verizon Here in town. The only reason I went to them this time is because Verizon said I had to go to them to pick it up. Otherwise I wouldn’t step foot in this building.

Was told my phone would be here sept 29th. Called was told she couldn’t look safe was locked several calls later phone not in. Kept calling to check was told I’m busy can I call back right at store opening. Asked to know the amount I would need to pay to pick up my order was told they would call or email me. Nothing, today is pick up day and I’ve called the store all day trying to reach them. Nope no luck. So here I sit at the store and scheduled time. Note on door says be back at 5:15pm out to lunch. Wow can’t wait to see what happens next.Instead of telling me my phone was in back order, I was told to keep calling back. Seems to me they should know what is on back order and what is not. Had I not already paid money when I ordered I would have went else where. I still don’t know how much more I owe if anything. Never again will I go here.

Incredible customer service today by Hanna at the Atlantic, Iowa store. Completed my new phone switch in minutes and found my accessories. Very knowledgeable and explained all my options. Super happy customer
