Staff was not helpful and didn't have what I was looking for even though it said that it was online. When I tried to get help they took 15 minutes just to come over and help then acted like they didn't know how to do their own job.

Friendly small town Walmart. Supercenter but easy to find what I needed and best of all they answered the phone when I called and stayed with it til they got me the answer I was looking for. Will definitely stop in if I'm ever that way again.

Changed self checkout areas and ruined the flow of checkout. Ive only ever had ti wait for maybe a couple minutes with the old one in order to start checking out. With the new setup I had to wait over ten minutes in a cluster of people trying to get to the self checkouts and ended up just going to a normal checkout. They changed a very efficient system into the most chaotic and inefficient system ive seen in years. Make sme not even want to shop at the store if ill have to wait 10+ minutes every time just to checkout.

Walmart does not value their customers business. Horrible store policies, not the employees. They do not take care of their customers. Not a good business model especially in a small town. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot. I wanted to return an unopened, undamaged item, with receipt. They would not because it was past 90 days. I live over a half hour away. I dont make it to town much. For a $5 item. I left and took my business to Hyvee and purchased my $350 in groceries there. They were happy to take good care of me. Lesson learned.

Took over 10 mins to get anyone to open the door for delivery. Then took over 30 mins to unload 10 pallets. Jim, the “coach” literally walks as slow as a sloth. I’ve had entire trailers unloaded with regular pallet jacks faster than this.

I've been shopping at Walmart for a lot of years in different states. One thing I must say I was
Atlantic, Iowa and of course I needed to get something from Walmart so I decided to come to this Walmart, The customer service that I receive from Miss Taylor King in Vision center was like no other customer service I ever received, she was kind she was very understanding. She helped me out. We was able to resolve the issue I had with my glasses. She was very polite. I just can’t say enough about Miss Taylor. Thank you very much. I appreciate you.
