Nice Hotel with pool and hot tub you can also pay a daily pool only rate, as this is in the middle of nowhere. Hot water, no bugs, ac works, hard beds, truck stop and restarant next door. Decent grab and go type options for breakfast. No hot food . They did have microwave and breakfast burritos.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is a great amenity. Great breakfast selection. I’d stay here again if staying in Audubon.

My husband and I travel for work 3 out of 4 weeks a month so we stay at hotels most of the time. This hotel was such a wonderful find! Super clean, incredibly comfortable beds, friendly staff and fairly priced! We also ate at The Feed Mill which is the restaurant attached and had spectacular service and food.
