Just moved here in January and everytime I come in the old ladies at night are just so rude. Literally never walked into a place that is so unwelcoming and there’s never food in the warmer. DO BETTER

I placed an order with a 30 minute wait. We stopped in to pick it up only to find out the staff never even started the order. Waited an additional 20 min for the order and was told one of the pizzas were free for the wait. When I clarified my bill, i was informed that instead of a free pizza, i was informed instead that one of my pizza's was upgraded to a large vs a medium, so i paid for the pizza but saved $1 (the actual discount)for the extra wait time. Sad to say this isn't the first time this has happened. Do Better Caseys.

It went to an automated order taking system that's rather stupid went to talk to a live person for over 25min I just hung up while waiting and called the competition for an order that would take 1 minute with a live

Trying to fix an order and the phone just rings. I sat there waiting for 10 minutes for someone to answer before I got tired of it and hung up!

Since I have moved here I am amazed at how outgoing and friendly the team members are! They do not get enough credit, especially in todays economy. They may be short staffed but their attitudes make up for any wait that there may be. People are so easy to be negative towards employees that they do not see how hard they are working to take care of each and every customer. The kitchen staff days and nights both deserve a huge shoutout for their hard work. Warmers always have food and pizza orders always lined up and they still make a mean pizza! Definitely worth the wait for your order. This store deserves pay increases for all employees because they have earned it, especially with all the negative Nancies that want to complain on the smallest things. These team members bust their behinds to ensure they are reflecting the Casey’s Way.

Phone service apparently doesn't work.....tried calling several times on different days and it just rings. No one answers the phone and the online ordering doesn't work either. Always says online ordering isn't available and to call in ?

Reason why I now have to always go inside to get my receipt & wait in line? Why can’t they print outside like normal ? Very inconvenient especially when you’re closed and I cannot get a receipt. Need it for work for proof of purchase. Fix this.

Caseys isn't bad for convenience store foods. The best things they have are their subs and cheesy tatertots. Their pizza is made from scratch but the toppings are cheap. Their burgers aren't real meat, but don't taste to bad. The employees are helpful and respectful.
