They drive their thundering 18 wheelers on 78th between Military & Crown Pt. The road has a 6 ton wt limit but the drivers don't seem to care or can't read. Too many semi's on this road to begin with!

Terrible service, they don't contact when attempting to deliver. When you contact them, customer service can't track delivery they have to check with shipping and call you back.

Everyone was incredibly nice. We showed up late(communication issue not Estes' fault) and even though they were too busy for us to do our load for our cross country move, they still worked with us and found a way to make it work. Great people.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN SHIPPING EVER. Had an issue with a deliver not being fully unloaded, so it went back to the Omaha terminal. When it still wasn't shipped out a week later, they held it prisoner because we used a 3rd party shipper. So now we can't even pick it up with another delivery service......

I love pulling Estes doubles. This location is very small. So be careful at this location. Directions on US59 North turn right on wood st, right turn on N sawmill rd, follow curve to N Frost Ave, turn right on N Frost Ave.. Estes will be on left.

Do not use this service, the delivery showed up on a damaged pallet and ripped wrap. 2 of the boxes are missing and they told me it's not their problem. They are rude and unprofessional.
