These Jesus is the Light “hoodies” and I use that term loosely, I am extremely disappointed with. I ordered 2X and they barely fit a large. I ordered 3 of them for gifts. Also, the material is so thin you can see through it. The only thing that classifies these as a hoodie is that there is a hood on it. Only reason it gets two stars is because the print is good on it and the black crystals are cute and don’t feel like they will fall off.
Is definitely NOT true to size and in my opinion, the reviews on their website have to be fake, purchased or forged.

Good trailer, no customer service.
I had to wait almost a month to get the required paper work to register my trailer. Aluma said that problem is between me and the dealer. They had no desire to help fix the problem.
I sure hope I never have to see if the warranty is actually any good.

I purchased an Aluma MC10 motorcycle trailer three years ago. It is a great trailer. I pull it with a Subaru Forester. It tracks great, and even with my small vehicle, I do not feel anything that reminds me a trailer is attached.
I have visited two different Aluma retailers. Both were professional and friendly.

My review is for the company itself not the product. My fiancé was just layed off from there after working there for 4 plus years, which is long for them considering the turn over rate. He worked hard for them! He worked whatever department they needed, did overtime when they needed, and was only late once due to our new baby. Knowing how they treat their employees I will never buy a produce from them!

Almost impossible to get any parts from them with very absurd prices and more than a month wait. Customer service is rude when giving feedback like they don't care at all. I'm definitely buying my next trailer from another manufacturer like FEATHERLITE TRAILERS or even FUTURA. they make quality aluminum trailers as well with parts available!

As someone who recently worked there, if you are anything other than Hispanic you want to stay as far away from this place as possible!! Yes in 3 weeks I had to leave early twice and miss a day, but what they don’t tell you is that the supervisor will say they had a convo with you about missing work when they didn’t and that even if your basement is flooding and you have to leave for plumbers to come they give you a strike. If one of the Hispanic employees goes to Lisette, who’s best friends with many of them, they will give you a strike without even asking you or talking to you about any possible interaction with the complaining party!! Your version doesn’t matter to them. They pay their Hispanics LESS than others so they want to keep them happy and will do so at any cost!! They had me sign a paper saying I had 1 strike for missing a day and leaving early, hours later come back and say that I have 3 strikes for leaving early twice and missing a day and that they “had complaints of an attitude”, how does someone have an attitude when they don’t even talk to a single person in the building?!?! Well I’ll tell you what happened, the LINE LEAD told me to put a tote of material on a cart, the NEXT day one of the Hispanic girls working on the line started pointing and yelling to move the tote “I said your lead asked me to put it there so if you want it somewhere else have your lead tell me.” And I walked away!! But that’s giving attitude I guess!! But on the day I get let go our supervisor is giving our morning meeting after 1st break a team member asks a question and the supervisor Mitch raises his voice and starts talking loudly and cursing at the team member, but that’s not having an attitude?! Hypocrisy at its finest!!

The complete roof on my Aluma snowmobile trailer blew off while in tow. Called the parts department to ask for some help getting a new one for me to install. She seemed really put out and talk to me like I was an idiot. I’ll figure it out on my own. And I now understand why they no longer build enclosed trailers with roofs blowing off of them during normal use.

As an owner operator having to run an electronic logbook this is an extremely slow process with these people they dropped what they're doing at lunch time to go eat lunch I've been here since 7:30. Claim it's a 3-hour load it's more or less double that or at this point it seems like it's going to be the rest of the day. as an owner operator if you're showing up here. And are a company driver be prepared to sit for at least 5 to 7 hours. Hopefully you will be able to get more money for detention. Since my Logistics guy he's doing just that.

Just got my new trailer home, pulls great. The problem I am having is there are so many sharp edges on this thing that anyone who gets close gets cut. The fenders, steak pockets and the leveling posts are as sharp as razors.

I purchased a 2021 Ht7710 trailer. I blow a tire that ripped off the fender. No big deal. Things happen. The big Deal is trying the got parts for an Aluma trailer. I called Aluma. They told me I had to go through a dealership to get a new fender. It has been 4 months and still no fender.I wouldn't buy another Aluma trailer for any price. VERY poor customer servive after purchase
