Poor workmanship that can cause injury. Had to remanufactured parts myself as there is no understanding customer service. Don't buy here!

The complete roof on my Aluma snowmobile trailer blew off while in tow. Called the parts department to ask for some help getting a new one for me to install. She seemed really put out and talk to me like I was an idiot. I’ll figure it out on my own. And I now understand why they no longer build enclosed trailers with roofs blowing off of them during normal use.

As an owner operator having to run an electronic logbook this is an extremely slow process with these people they dropped what they're doing at lunch time to go eat lunch I've been here since 7:30. Claim it's a 3-hour load it's more or less double that or at this point it seems like it's going to be the rest of the day. as an owner operator if you're showing up here. And are a company driver be prepared to sit for at least 5 to 7 hours. Hopefully you will be able to get more money for detention. Since my Logistics guy he's doing just that.

Just got my new trailer home, pulls great. The problem I am having is there are so many sharp edges on this thing that anyone who gets close gets cut. The fenders, steak pockets and the leveling posts are as sharp as razors.

Well I’ve had this tilt Aluma trailer for 11 years took it across the country twice and I’ve abused the hell out of it. Overloaded more times then I could count. still running strong no issues!!

I purchased a 2021 Ht7710 trailer. I blow a tire that ripped off the fender. No big deal. Things happen. The big Deal is trying the got parts for an Aluma trailer. I called Aluma. They told me I had to go through a dealership to get a new fender. It has been 4 months and still no fender.I wouldn't buy another Aluma trailer for any price. VERY poor customer servive after purchase

Want to pick up a folding/stand-up trailer that rolls. It needs the capability of being moved sideways as well as forward and backwards. Unfortunately the casters on these trailers are fixed and cannot be rolled through a fence gate like I need. I asked customer service why that is and they said it would be too dangerous ? I have to say that’s too bad because they are nice looking trailers and would be my first choice if this could be fixed. I had purchased a Kendon trailer that does exactly what I talked about above. I fold the trailer myself and move the trailer by myself through a gated area. I’m not sure where the great danger is, but hopefully one day they can improve that because I would have preferred this trailer if it had that one feature

I bought a new 2022 68/12 tilt Aluma trailer that is showing signs of a manufacturing problem upon my use. The deck does not sit evenly on the frame and is rubbing when tilting or driving on the deck. Upon inspection of the under side it is rubbing the frame when I pull the trailer with or without a load. The rubbing has compromised the frame where it makes contact. I bought this trailer because of the good reviews and warranty. The trailer otherwise pulls great, easy to load and pull. Hopefully they stand behind the warranty and replace the trailer with a new one? It should not be my problem to deal with after paying 5k. I will update my review after the Warranty Manager contacts me.

Great trailers and the company really stands behind their product with warranty. When you call their HQ, you get to talk to a person and they gave NO hassles, just solutions and a plan to fix a small issue I had with my trailer.

I have an MC10 for my motorcycle. Light weight, easy to connect. The hideaway ramp is great.

I have had a 8222h tilt deck for 1 year. It has been back to the dealer once for a warranty claim due to poor welds on the tail light box's. The trailer functions well. The decking is a little thin and dents too easy. It is incredibly easy to load. I have hauled various cars, compact tractors, big wood chipper, building materials, and built sides to haul trash. The non aluminum parts have rusted despite regular washing. I needed to be able to occasionally haul heavier loads with a 1/2 ton truck so the extra cost for a lighter trailer was worth it.
