Why is the phone number you call based in the Philippines? They don't understand English and it takes forever to get anything done. Very bad idea.

Horrible experience will never use them again. I ordered propane for a house I just bought they charged me 279.00 for emergency delivery. Then they went to put our propane in. I told them I wouldn’t be home they said that’s fine. They locked my tank. I called them 3 days in a roll to get my tank unlocked b cause it was 20 degrees and we had no heat or hot water. Each time I called them they ensured me it would be taken care of by the next day. A week later they tried to come unlock my tank. I ended up paying another person to unlock my tank after 3 days of waiting g for these fools to come unlock my tank. I will never buy propane from them or call them for any thing ever again.

I called and inquired about service and they were there within a few days for a fill at a great price. Very happy with the delivery driver. He called me as I wasn't home and was super friendly.

My delivery is fine but the response I got from liberty mutual after your driver damaged my car was a crime. It took 3 months for them to finally tell me they weren't at fault through an email. A total crime as my driver even agreed he had hit it. Thanks for nothing.

I asked for propane back in Dec 2022. There was a billing statement for 89 gallons fill which I paid. This was NOT placed in my tank and I have asked 3 times (by phone and chat) for my refund. Each time I was told I would get my funds back. There was NOT a receipt left at my home. I finally received a copy of the receipt which showed the starting % and ending % - which was false. I was then told my gauge did not work. This information is also false. I would like my refund for $186.00 plus the $99 fee for the auto fill program of yours. Your service has gone down hill quickly in the past years. I would NOT recommend your company to anyone! I am still waiting for my refund.

I have had so many bad experiences this past year all tied back to the customer service department. The new call center is a complete failure. We had to call several times to get service arranged to put in a new gas line to our garage. We would stay home and no one would come. We ordered fuel and no one came both multiple times. All as pre buy customers. When we finally got someone there they had know NOTHING about the previous request. Then in January we ran out of fuel and it took over 24 hours and over 15 calls to the call center to get fuel. And once again the delivery done was NOT informed we were out of fuel so he did not know be needed to get fuel to us right away. Then again just one month later we were down to 18% fuel and we called for fuel again. The call center person told me we would get a delivery in the next two weeks and she argued with me that we had enough to last. Once again we were prepay so I was asking for fuel that we had already paid for. Then to top it all off they ended up over charging us for the work done in November. The new regulator put on had at me replaced 3-4weeks later and we were charged over $200 for this faulty part. I finally talked to a supervisor that could see this and she reversed the change but it took going through several of the call center personnel to get a person that wasn't rude and listened. So very very frustrating. Nothing but very poor customer service from the call center. The delivery and service men here are great. It is just the service center. We will NOT be resigning this fall if things don't change alot

And if you ask to speak to someone else or a local office they refuse to help you or give you a different number to call. I consistently have to ask for gas even though I am on automatic refills and submit my tank levels as needed. Completely worthless. No help whatsoever . Might as well go get a business degree and start your own business in the time it will take them to respond to you, or give you and helpful information .

I consistently have to ask for gas even though I am on automatic refills and submit my tank levels as needed. Completely worthless. No help whatsoever . Might as well go get a business degree and start your own business in the time it will take them to respond to you, or give you and helpful information .

Amerigas had a 4 hour window, to hook up my tank this morning, from 8am to 12pm, with an hour call ahead. It's now 2pm and not even a call. Called in to their service center, six times and they've done all of nothing. Use Ferrellgas.
