My delivery is fine but the response I got from liberty mutual after your driver damaged my car was a crime. It took 3 months for them to finally tell me they weren't at fault through an email. A total crime as my driver even agreed he had hit it. Thanks for nothing.

I have had so many bad experiences this past year all tied back to the customer service department. The new call center is a complete failure. We had to call several times to get service arranged to put in a new gas line to our garage. We would stay home and no one would come. We ordered fuel and no one came both multiple times. All as pre buy customers. When we finally got someone there they had know NOTHING about the previous request. Then in January we ran out of fuel and it took over 24 hours and over 15 calls to the call center to get fuel. And once again the delivery done was NOT informed we were out of fuel so he did not know be needed to get fuel to us right away. Then again just one month later we were down to 18% fuel and we called for fuel again. The call center person told me we would get a delivery in the next two weeks and she argued with me that we had enough to last. Once again we were prepay so I was asking for fuel that we had already paid for. Then to top it all off they ended up over charging us for the work done in November. The new regulator put on had at me replaced 3-4weeks later and we were charged over $200 for this faulty part. I finally talked to a supervisor that could see this and she reversed the change but it took going through several of the call center personnel to get a person that wasn't rude and listened. So very very frustrating. Nothing but very poor customer service from the call center. The delivery and service men here are great. It is just the service center. We will NOT be resigning this fall if things don't change alot

Extremely horrible customer service. If you try and contact them you get a call center with people who you can’t understand and they can’t understand you. And if you ask to speak to someone else or a local office they refuse to help you or give you a different number to call. I consistently have to ask for gas even though I am on automatic refills and submit my tank levels as needed. Completely worthless. No help whatsoever . Might as well go get a business degree and start your own business in the time it will take them to respond to you, or give you and helpful information .

Amerigas had a 4 hour window, to hook up my tank this morning, from 8am to 12pm, with an hour call ahead. It's now 2pm and not even a call. Called in to their service center, six times and they've done all of nothing. Use Ferrellgas.

I agree with the other customer review. Working with AmeriGas is the WORSED EXPERIENCE I have EVER had with personal or business. I ordered LP Tanks for forklifts and they have never gotten our order correct. I have to use my CC to pay and they can't give me a receipt (Invoice) with the detailed information of what I was charged for!!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I have asked to talk to a manager several times and they have to CALL ME. have not received a phone call yet!!!!!!

If I could 0 stars I would this by far the worst experience with a company I've ever had. I was out of gas on a Thursday and was promised a delivery same day or next day. I call Friday with no gas and they said it will be there before 5pm and if not first thing Monday... Here we are I just got home and still have no gas! They dont care to help I have a family with kids. They didn't care about my family and said there was nothing they could do. I Talked to them again today and they said that's its on will call. And it's not an emergency... WTH terrible business....

Don’t take their word for anything. Spent all week and hours on hold was promised a deliver today 11/21/20. Driver never showed up. Call center is rude. Bring back local offices. In the process I have ran out of gas trying to deal with the bogus call center.

Do NOT get you propane here! I called the office in Baxter told them I would not be returning that I was going with Ferrell, they never noted it and all of a sudden I am getting a bill in the mail. I called and they said because I did not call and tell them I was closing my account . They never brought me gas or anything after my first time. Now they think they can just bill someone cause obviously they don’t have enough business that they want to bill pervious customers for not coming back. Watch out for this company they will try and clean out you bank account so they can fill there’s in your dime. NOT recommending!

Ameri-gas was great when I told them I could not afford bulk payments they put me on a plan that fit my budget!!!! Was there the same day!Awesome service!!!

EXCELLENT customer service! Laura at the Baxter office is very sweet and helpful! Highly recommend anyone to go there for propane! Easy to work with and overall the company seems to care for the customer as if they were family, not just another customer!! That to me means A LOT!

AmeriGas has all the bells and whistles of a big company but gives you the treatment and service of a small hometown type company. Every experience I've had, from the friendly ladies at the office to the delivery drivers and service techs, has been excellent! They are all friendly but professional you DO NOT feel like just an account number with this company!
