What got me started at 9Rounds was the convenience of drop in workouts, quick but challenging 45 minutes and a variety of exercises that changes daily so every day is something different. What keeps me there are the amazing trainers who are all so energetic, fun and your biggest cheerleaders! Try it!!!!

Nine rounds kickboxing is a fantastic concept, the gym is very clean and with 24-hour access it is perfect for my busy schedule. I am 60 years old and going two to three times a week and I'm feeling better now after 2 months then I have in the past 10 years. I would highly recommend this gym.
